Powerlet Rapidfire Jacket Liner With Dual Wireless Controller Package Powerlet's RapidFIRe Heated Jacket Liner packaged includes the Dual Wireless Remote Heat Controller. Controller receiver is pre-installed and Pre-synced for your convenience. Powerlet's RapidFIRe Heated Jacket Liner with CNC (Carbon Nano Core) heating uses Far Infrared technology to provide fast, deep, soothing warmth. Now the warmest liner on the market at 105 watts! Built in stuff sack and no annoying heating wires of any kind! Stay Warm While Riding Powerlet's 105 watt RapidFIRe heated jacket liners pack down to a very small size to fit on the bike when not in use. Not only the warmest heated clothing available, but ProForm stretch panels also make them the most comfortable. We recommend using the temperature controller with the RapidFIRe 105 watt jacket liners. The RapidFIRe Advantage The most unique feature is the heating system that is incorporated into every liner. Using the latest in Carbon Nanotube technology, Powerlet's Carbon Nano Core panels heat quickly and evenly without the hot spots or long heat times other conventional wired garments require. Additionally, Powerlet is the ONLY manufacturer to offer a dual heat setting that permits you to switch the total consumption to not exceed 60 watts. This means those of you who have bikes or vehicles that do not have the electrical output capacity to power a traditional or competitors liner can rest assured that the RapidFIRe line will get powered without draining your battery and leaving you stranded. Additionally, Powerlet once again incorporated the ProForm stretch panels that provide three key advantages non-binding movement, maximum heat transfer and simple sizing. While all three are very important, maximum heat transfer is perhaps the most important. For maximum heat transfer the heated garments must be close to the body. A long sleeve T-Shirt is recommended under the heated liners. A heavier layer can be worm over the garment. Other heated clothing manufacturers provided many sizes to attempt to create a snug fit. This often leads to a more complicated purchase and the potential improper fit if your weight changes. RapidFIRe 105 Watt Jacket Liner Features Dual Heat 105 / 60 Watt convertibility by a simple cable disconnect Wind and water resistant Polyurethane coated nylon outer shell ProForm stretch panels provide comfort and simple standard sizing Ultra thin design provides comfort and small storage Comfortable heated Polartec fleece collar wicks moisture Zippered pockets manage power cables Handy built in stuff sack allows for storage on the vehicle Unique sleeve finishing reduces bulk around wrists Glove connectors are located at the ends of the sleeves Heated on the front, back, arms and collar - full heat coverage Quick heat time of 20 seconds or less on the jacket liners Designed For A Lifestyle Powerlet designs heated garments for people who rely on their heated clothing for both comfort and safety. Like their customers, they enjoy a lifestyle utilizing convenient modern electronics and wear our heated gear for commutes to work and trips across the country. Built For A Lifetime Powerlet seeks the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. All of their heated clothing products are developed and tested in the USA by people who ride regularly. I had never used or owned any heated gear and had absolutely no idea what to get or why. Sure, there are tons of opinions out there but I needed to hear it from the experts. So, what did I do? I high-tailed it to the Revzilla store and asked the gurus.
These guys know their stuff. We talked about what I ride, how I ride, what kind of gear I already have, etc. and then we got down to business. Being a noob, I really loved the idea of a "package" deal. This liner comes with everything you need to get started.. it's got the wireless controller, battery connection and has the connections in the sleeves ready to mate with the glove liners (which I also bought, loved and reviewed elsewhere).
I rolled home with my sexy new liner, wired up the bike and in short notice decided to take a cross country trip in November/December of last year. The heated liner was awesome. I was able to dial in the heat to where I was always at a comfortable level. This type of jacket has an infrared heating system so you don't have to wear something skin-tight to transfer heat. it's very comfortable ( the sizing is pretty true to my normal jacket size) and when you turn it on, the heat is pretty much instantaneous. What's not to like?
So, now my riding season is extended quite a bit. I don't mind the colder days, I just throw on my jacket liner, glove liners and ride like a madman.. people in their cages think I'm crazy, but they don't know how sweet I've got it.
If you're thinking about new heated gear, or maybe your first set of heated gear like me.. start with this package and yo won't be sorry.

I have had some problems finding a good-fitting pair of waterproof boots. The few boots I've found that do fit me well haven't been fully waterproof.
I watched the video review here and then picked up these liners at the very last minute before a cross country tour in November/December of last year. They were exactly what I needed.
I had some misgivings about how breathable or how comfortable they would be for the long days, but once they were on, I basically forgot all about them. The second day out I rode for a full 500 or so miles in some pretty fierce rain. My feet were plenty dry and warm. The socks wicked moisture very nicely so I was never cold or uncomfortable at all. The liners do seem just a bit small on the sizing at first but it's a very tailored type fit (left and right specific) and I was used to it in no time.
For the money, these were one of the best investments in touring gear I've made in a long time. They work, they're easy to pack and easy to wash/dry while on the road. Pick up a pair and you won't be sorry at the end of those long wet rides.

Powerlet RapidFIRe Heated Glove Liner - No Temperature Controller A temperature controller (not an on/off switch) is REQUIRED (and sold separately) for these glove liners. The liners have the potential to get hot enough to cause burns if they are used without a temperature controller. With over 18 watts of heat in each glove, cold hands are a thing of the past. Using Far Infrared technology, these ultra thin liners provide pleasing penetrating heat around the fingers as well as over the back of the hand. Must be used with a controller. Stay Warm While Riding Designed for commuting, touring and extending your riding season, Powerlet heated gloves will provide years of pleasure. Style, comfort, protection, and warmth. Perfect. Performance Guarantee Every heated glove goes through our multi-point inspection process before earning the privilege of carrying the Powerlet name. We inspect internal wiring, connectors, bench meter amperage and resistance testing before labeling and packaging our gloves. Details matter we believe in delivering you the highest quality product for your hard-earned money. Low Power Alternative Perfect for all motorcycles, even those without much excess electrical capacity to power appliances. Glove liners are rated at 36 watts per pair. Stay warm and stay safe while minimizing your electrical consumption.

I picked up these liners back in early October along with the Powerlet rapidFIRe Jacket Liner With Dual Wireless Controller Package. I stopped in the Revzilla store while in Philly and had no experience with heated gear at that time. The very helpful guys there suggested this combo for me. I took their advice and was very very pleased.
I took off on a cross country tour from late November until Christmas and there were more than a few times these liners saved the day. One mountain crossing in New Mexico was particularly cold - about 16 degrees I think and these liners paired with a good set of Held waterproof gloves kept me rocking on.
As another reviewer said, these can get pretty hot if you crank them up so most of the time I didn't have them set on the "bacon" setting. I did notice a couple of "hot spots" - the middle finger on each hand would get really hot if you cranked them up. That wasn't a deal-breaker though - most of the time it was a non-issue and the benefits far outweighed any minor inconvenience.
Overall the fit and quality are great for what they are. The liners fit nicely under several different pair of gloves I tried and are very easy to pack in a pocket when you don't need them. Buy these liners and I guarantee you won't be sorry. Buy them from the Revzilla team and I promise you you'll be back for more because the customer service here is unmatched.. not just in the powersports industry, but just about anywhere!

Great Looking Helmet At A Great Price Point

I was looking for a good entry-level dual sport type helmet when I found the AFX FX-37. The styling is great and the price definitely made it appealing. I'm sure that this isn't the most comfortable helmet in the class, but at $300 - $400 less than some others, I think it's comfortable enough for for me.
Other people mentioned the visor optics being a bit off and I have noticed that. You get a little bit of a fisheye effect in your periphery but it's not a big deal. I can't really speak to it's durability yet since I haven't had it that long, but the build quality looks on par with many of the other helmets I've had for years. I'm sure this one will hold it's own just fine.
Overall I'm very pleased with the purchase and would recommend this helmet to anyone who's looking to go dual-sport without breaking the bank.
