This is my 2nd RF1100. Great helmet. Cuts through the air nicely. Zero wind turbulence when turning my head at speed for lane checks. My first one had a slight whistle but after adjusting the visor it went away. This new one was perfect right out of the box. Only minor issue is the matte finish. It's quite delicate. Put a slight nick in it rather quickly. Highly recommend!!! But I'd probably go back to a glossy finish next time around.
Yes, I recommend this product.

REV'IT! Dragon Jacket (4XL)
A removable lining is not unique. But a removable lining that looks like a stylish jacket on its own is. The DRAGON offers that and more as a true example of a four-season textile jacket, with all the advantages of the REVIT! 3-layer integrated system. This makes it perfect for a variety of climates and weather conditions and a great 4-season jacket choice. This jacket will zip with any current model men's REV'IT Pant but feature-wise the Dragon Jacket matches up most closely with the REV'IT Sand Pants. Protection & Durability
After months of deliberation, I pulled the trigger and got the Dragon jkt and couldn't be happier. I'm a smaller guy (5'10", 150lbs, size 38 in a suit jkt) and I like the tighter European cuts of Rev'it. Fits my scrawny frame perfectly with a little room for layering.
Speaking of layers, I appreciate all the options this jacket has. You can use the thermal and waterproof/windproof membrane together, which have kept me warm and comfortable down into the LOW 40's/HIGH 30's.
I've ridden in 60 degree weather with just the thermal layer in and a cotton shirt underneath and again was completely comfortable.
I have yet to ride with just the membrane, but I'm sure it would do a great job of cutting out wind blast on cool evenings or over mountain passes.
With no liner and all vents open I was acceptably comfortable in stop and go LA traffic up in 80's. It wasn't perfect, but wearing a good moisture-wicking shirt garment under the jkt would make hot days in SoCal bearable. I will be purchasing one of Rev'it's mesh style jackets before summer arrives.
My only gripes so far, and they are a little petty in my opinion, is whatever material they use around the collar, although very comfortable, attracts a lot of lint. Not the biggest deal, but kinda takes away from the overall quality. Again that's just me nitpicking. It's a little frustrating to have a jacket looks so cool and then get close up and see a bunch of lint around the collar. Additionally, due to the layer system you're stuck with button attachment points at the ends of the collars. When you're not using any liners they typically hang out at end of the sleeves once you put your hands through and it's just annoying to me to have to tuck them back in prior to putting on gloves.
Overall, it's a solid jacket that I picked up for commuting and sport touring. I know the layers will add major versatility for my type of riding and that's all that I could ask for. Add great value at the great price point with attractive styling with minimal branding (I'm not a walking billboard) along with a versatile layering system for multiple needs and the Rev'it Dragon jacket is a great choice!!
