I am 5'9" and around 165-170lbs. I ordered the size medium and they were a little to tight. I exchanged for the large and they fit great and feel great. The knee protector sits exactly where you want it while riding. The air flow is amazing. It feels as if you're riding in shorts. I highly recommend these.

These are great, they have enough air flow to keep you cool and but way more protection than most boots in this price range. I got the black ones, aside from the toe sliders they look like sneakers under my jeans. They are comfortable to ride and walk around in. I used the Euro sizing form my Nike shoes and they fit exactly the same. Great product.

I love this product. I bought this due to its safety rating. It fits well and doesn't move about under you my jacket. I have a naked bike so sitting up the back protector is short enough that it doesn't hit the seat or anything. Its a great piece of protection. HIghly recommend!

Venting
Hi how are these gloves in the summer? I really like these and I would like to try them but the 100 degree weather in MD lately makes me question the venting on gauntlet gloves.

Would these work as overpants in HOT Florida Summer weather?
I wouldn't use them as over pants. They are very well vented but they are also cut to fit properly as pants. If you want over pants I would look somewhere else. Otherwise great products I love mine even in the hot weather.

About the Teknic Chicane. My shoe size is a true 9-1/2 US. Would you recommend size 9 or 10? If I purchase the "wrong" size can I exchange them?
I would check the Euro size, I wasn't sure about the US sizing. You can return the shoes with no hassle as long as you don't ride in them. I had to return a pair of riding pants that were to small and it was easy as cake.
