True to size, I wear a 10 US And I ordered that. Perfect. Comfort: Great so far. They don't require much for break in. My shifter foot is a bit stiff, but after a short afternoon ride, I feel is loosening up nicely. After wearing them around the house, before the snow melted, and the bike was out, I noticed that they are warm, very warm. If you need a boot to breathe, these probably aren't it. When it gets warm out, I'll try a pair of long Goretex socks, over the top to wick out perspiration.
Over the pants or under, that is the question. My pants went over nicely, but not the liners. I haven't tried jeans yet.
Good boots, happy so far.

My first liner didn't work out of the box, that's the only reason I gave the liner four stars, instead of five.
Revzilla replaced it promptly and easily. I just took my first ride with the new liner in my Tour Master Epic jacket. When I left home it was 49 degrees and I was actually too warm with no power on. As the sun started to set and the temp went down to 40, power level one was WONDERFUL. I'm buying the gloves next.
I ride a KLR 650 and my battery voltage didn't move, even with the jacket on high at idle.
