I have an HJC FS-15 Carbon helmet (L) and have always just had the stock shield. I've tried wearing sunglasses but due to how snug the helmet is in the temple region I'm limited on what I can wear. Also sunglasses don't block the sun from angles. Enter this new shield. I've looked at these before but this was on sale and I figured I'd give it a try. What a difference! I don't have to wear any sunglasses now even in full sun. Basically this shield makes it look like you're looking at everything on a cloudy day. There is light but it is not bright. The only thing I found is that I have to make extra sure the shield snaps shut or there can be a small gap when it's closed. I think this is more the design of the helmet and not the shield though but I just didn't remember this with the stock shield. Also the anti-fog works great. Even with heavy breathing it didn't fog. Haven't tried it in any weather colder than 55F though.

I was looking for a nice pair of boots that didn't have all the logos and funny stuff that your offroad type have. I also wanted a lace up that would fit snug. These boots fit perfect and feel comfortable walking around. I normally wear a size 9.5 shoe and got the size 44 and they're just the right size. The velcro straps are nice to hold the laces from coming loose while riding. The grip on the ground is good too. I did find that the toe of the boot is thicker than my last boots and doesn't fit easily under the toe shifter on my Vulcan 1600. I've started using the heal shifter instead though so not a big deal. These are easy to get on and take off. One thing I noticed is that they do feel warm. While my feet never got sweaty, these are warmer than my last boots. I'd think this will be a welcome feature in the winter but they could have been cooler when it was 80 out. All-in-all though I love these boots and would buy again.

Bought this after I found my chest either getting cold or feeling too bulky if I put on enough layers. I've been out only once with this (it started snowing and raining for weeks after I got it) but it is very warm. Even when not turned on it is warm. Now all I have to wear is a t-shirt and my leather jacket for protection. The zip-up neck is really nice too. It stops the wind from going down your chest and provides warmth around your face. The jacket also has two large interal pockets. One thing to note is unlike the gloves by Gerbing, you do feel some wires in the jack but they are not uncomfortable.

I had purchased the controller prior to this case and couldn't find a good spot to store it when riding that made it easy to adjust. I tried attaching magnets and putting it on my tank but that moved too much and scratched the paint a little so not a good idea! Finally got this and it works well... little pricey for what it is (just a simple case) but it works well and the clip holds nicely.

These are not only my first heated gloves but also my first winter glove. So far these have really kept my hands warm. They are actually pretty warm even without being plugged in and fit very comfortably. I like that they do not feel bulking and fit almost a spring/fall glove. The gauntlet covers my jacket sleeves and prevents the wind from going up my jacket.
While these gloves do come with all the parts required to just hook them up and use them I would tell you to at least order the on/off switch if not the dual controller. I rode in 30 degree weather with these and just had them plugged in and they got too hot. I also found that the wire they come with is a little short to run down your back and out the sleeves of the jacket. I ultimately bought both the dual controller and jacket liner.
The only other complaint I have is that I thought there was a zippered area in the glove to store the plug when not in use but there isn't. If its too warm to use the heated part you can tuck the plug into the gauntlet but a zippered stored like on the jacket liner would be better.

These pants fit much like a pair of snow pants you might wear if snow boarding. They have a good quality construction and the armor is nice. I've riden in 25 degree weather with these and was nice and warm the whole time with just a pair of jeans under (no thermal underwear needed). They are a little bulky looking but not too bad. They are insulated after all and that adds some bulk.
I did have a couple of issues though that I feel I should share. First, I found the knee armor a little stiff and uncomfortable when sitting. This could be that it just wasn't aligned right. However, this is removable so I just took it out. The second thing is the zippered fly on the pants. If you need to go to the bathroom there is no fly that you can unzip like on a pair of jeans. You need to pull down the pants. This is only the case if you have the insulated liner. If you're wearing just the outer cover this is not the case.
Also, while these pants are mostly easy to get into and out of I've found you seem to need somewhere to sit down and put them on or take them off. Still I can get into and out of them within a minute or two.
All-in-all I'm happy with my purchase and think these are one of the best overpants out there. Now if only the snow would melt I'd be back out riding again.
Pros Comfortable, Rugged
Yes, I recommend this product.

Shoei Neotec Modular Helmet Evolving on previous designs, Shoei has revamped its modular helmet style with a streamlined and attractively sculpted shape that conveys the feel of freely moving through the outdoors in the Shoei Neotec Modular Helmet. Overall shell size is kept compact by incorporating the internal sun visors open/close mechanism inside all ventilation mechanisms are shaped and positioned in such a way as to reduce any possible drag. A redesigned aerodynamic spoiler also helps to cut lift, reducing neck strain on long, cross country rides. In the Shoei Neotec all these features combine to create a premium helmet that excels in appearance, protection, comfort and performance. The Shoei Neotec Helmets chin bar is connected to the same axis point and mechanism as its shield, minimizing extra parts. This also enables simultaneous closing of the shield with the chin bar, which is then held in place with an easy-open lock release button. The shield lock system offers secure closure or the ability to keep the shield slightly open to allow for increased airflow. With the Shoei Neotec Helmet, Shoei now includes a built-in sun shield, the QSV-1.
