Money no object, you are better suited to buy a pair of mesh pants and a pair of winter pants. The liner is very nice, as it is in all Olympia gear, but it isn't like you are going to get off and put it on under your pants if you get caught in the rain. Just get waterproof pants for the winter. The liner is also the thermal liner, so you will hate life if you need it in the summer time.
The mesh panels are a neat idea, but the zippers are located right in the bend of your hips while seated or walking. So, you have the zipped fly, and two more zippers on each thigh for the vents that run right up to your waist. In a sitting position it is a bit much to have bunched up, and it makes walking a little awkward.
Having said that: if you were to stand all day in these, and needed something winter/fall/spring-ish, these are awesome pants that fit true to size.

I am 255lb 6'3", and I have to wear a 3XL in Olympia gear. I go through the same thing every time, where I order the size I wear in all other gear/clothes (XL) and then send it back for a 2XL because it was snug. Every time I wind up with a 3XL. I don't know why this is the case, and it seems to be a problem only in the upper size ranges. I know many people who wear M/L Olympia gear who never have issues. If you're a big guy, and you're thinking of buying your first Olympia jacket, keep it in mind.
The jacket itself is awesome. #1 thing about it is that unlike many other Olympia products, the waterproof liner and the thermal liner are two separate liners, so there is no need to roast on a warm rainy day. The zip off vents work great; they are no where near as good as a mesh jacket, but provide a ton of versatility.

Given the limited options for hi-vis gloves, these gloves dominate the market segment for the value. Watching the video review it looks like these gloves are rather bulky, but I was pleasantly surprised to see how thin they are. In the past I usually wear SP-1s and 2s, or Radiant Drystars. These gloves I would say split the difference in bulk.
They are a textile glove with a thin insulation layer you can feel moving in the glove when you put it on, and other than that, they feel like normal gloves. I wear a 2XL in Alpinestars, and even then, these are a bit narrow across the knuckles on me. I could feel a little tension, but not discomfort, and I know that being textile, there will not be much breaking in.
With heated grips and hand guards, I have worn these on 3 hour 25* rides with no wind or cold getting through. With the grips turned off, 45* and I still couldn't feel anything. I was a little nervous with them not being Gore-Tex brand, but I don't get sweaty, so I am very happy.

I have both the SP-2s and SP-1s, and I would recommend the SP-1 as worth the money if you are considering either one. They are similar in their basic specs: double layer palms, non-sewn together fingers, carbon knuckles. However, the SP-1 flows much more air, has many more stretch zones, and features a double closure cuff.
The stretch zones make the glove a bit more comfortable, especially on bikes with extreme grip angles. The big difference is the cuff. On the SP-2, there is a large, simple, Velcro closure. On the SP-1, it is a much finer Velcro, and it is a double closure; it closes once, and there is a closure on top of that. The cuff allows you to wear it inside or outside your sleeve with no issues.

Women don't have many options for serious gear, and these pants are really all you need. Cool enough without the lining that is feels like theyre not there, but the protection that you need.
The side zip comes up to the hip.

Olympia always makes quality products, and this is no exception. The only niggle I have with this jacket is that it seems that Olympia only uses one size of pad across the product range, and in a small women's jacket, the shoulder pads in particular give it an 80's pant suit flair.
The comfort can't be beat, and the style is top notch. This is a product that was obviously built to last.
