I bought the Anakee tires recently but can not honestly comment on tread life or wet traction. So i just rated them at average for now. Otherwise very happy with Revzilla service and price!

Can't wait to put this jacket and the X Moto pants to the test. I want to see just how water proof they are with all the large vents and all. I am very happy with my purchase and very happy with Revzillq service!

Not much chance to ride with these pants yet. I wear size 38 jeans and purchased size 40 pants, good fit, I usually wear shorts or something like that under riding pants.
I am short so I really appreciate how the pants are made for easy length modification.
Now if only I can get the 2XL X-Moto Jacket, you guys dont have any in stock.

AltRider BMW R1200GS Crash Bars The BMW motor is powerful yet wide, and you want to protect every inch. Wrap that 1200cc gem with our 1 inch stainless crash bars. AltRider set the bar high on this product. Durable and well engineered, the AltRider crash bars are built with precision-manufactured mounts that fit directly into the existing motor mount. Also, integrates well with the AltRider Upper Crash Bars (sold separately), for even more crash coverage. By utilizing the R 1200 GSs robust frame mount and incorporating the existing frame hardware, AltRider designed a quality piece that will protect your motor. Unlike other crash bars, these do not use flanges or weak tabs and are not hung they are actually mounted. Made with a shot peen satin finish means that even when the bike takes a spill, the stainless bars will never show signs of rust. These crash bars deflect the impact from the cylinders and engine case to the strongest parts of the frame. Unlike other manufacturers, our design provides plenty of clearance around the vulnerable left oil line. It also serves double-duty as a boot rest on long rides! Save yourself hassle and frustration and the purchase of a 200 valve cover by installing AltRider crash bars. Take a moment to review the instructions. The reason we mention this here is to make you aware which mount points on the R 1200 GS have strength. Stainless construction fights corrosion and rust Hand TIG welded crash bars are 1 inch diameter for additional strength Manufactured in America Refined satin peen finish Comes with the Torx bit needed for installation Fits 2005-2012 Removal required for valve adjustment Notes Not currently compatible with Two Brothers or Remus header. Also, will work with 2008 and newer GSA, but crash bars will touch the bottom of the tank on the right side.

Will these crash bars fit a 2011 R1200GS?

Yes they will I have them on my 2011 GS, I think they are the best crash bars on the market!

Gerbing heated gear

Hi, I have a ducati 848Evo, but I plan to ride with it as long as possible (also during the winter ;-) ). I'm very interested in buying the Gerbing Gloves + undervest, but I was wondering if my battery could manage all that powerdeduction during the start up of my bike. Is the battery of the duc 848 strong enough for all that extra equipment? Will it recharge sufficiant or do I need to buy a stronger battery?

Stijn
I don't have Ducati but I have the Gerbing gloves & jacket liner, there has never been a problem with the batter being strong enough on my bikes it is really pretty easy and the current draw is not constant. On the BMW you are better off doing a direct connection to the battery. I don't know about the Ducati

What is the difference between the "hr" and "vr" designation in the tire sizes?

the VR speed rating is higher than the HR, my 2011 R1200GScame with the VR rated tires so I replaced them with VR rated tires.
