I use it in the brisk Northern California (SF Bay Area) winter. Commute almost daily on my bike and use this jacket to stay dry and warm. The construction is high quality and attention to detail is apparent. Keep it up Rev'it! It was also delivered the same week that I ordered it!

I was reluctant to drop $100 on a faceshield...but bit anyway after reading some awesome reviews.
This thing works! It's so convenient to have only one faceshield that does the job whether it's night or day. Like everyone else that reviewed it, you really don't even notice the shading when the sun is brighter. It is well constructed and the RS-1 has the EASIEST shield changing mechanism. It's mindblowing!
If you get a Bell helmet that's compatible - you NEED this shield!

I was looking for a replacement for my RF-1100. Searched everywhere online and saw all the rave reviews for the RS-1. Right off the bat, the RS-1 is made with exceptionally comfortable materials. The microfiber feels great against your skin and the fit is very snug. You feel like you're in a ball of softness. The graphic is done very well. The magnetized strap is actually really cool to have. Everything works the way it should and the quality is topnotch! This thing is $100 cheaper than the RF-1100 to boot!
I'm in the process of switching all my buddies over to Bell, starting with the RS-1!
