My wife and I both have these helmets - purchased them because they are so light. You hardly know you have them on. Not much buffething.
I've had mine about a year and the chin strap under the D-Ring is wearing through. I ride about 3-4 times a week. You must be kidding - just out of warranty and I have to replace it.
My wife and I both report these helmets are really too loud. We have our music up all the way and it is simply not enough - yes we wear ear plugs.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Pinlock visor?
I have read a few sources that say the Nexx helmets come with a visor already set up for pinlock inserts. However, there is no mention of it in the product description. Can you tell me if this is true? If not, is there a pinlock visor available?
The units are pinlock compatible but do not come with an insert. I bought a pinlock insert and had no trouble installing it.
