This suit does an excellent job of keeping rain out, while maintaining comfort and providing protection. I found it to be just a bit cold, but not uncomfortable in the Seattle winter (34F and raining), when I wore light long underwear, street clothes and a light jacket under it. However, I found that with this suit, it was really my hands that were the determining factor in my length of ride.
When I rode in the rain without long sleeves during summer, I did notice that the interior of the suit arms got a bit damp, which is something I didn't notice when all bundled up in the winter.
The suit fits closely and looks sharp, so there are definitely style points involved. There's adjust ability in the arms and waist of this suit for bulkier clothing underneath, but the crotch to shoulder length restricts how bulky my pants can be, and I get a bit of pull in the groin when I raise my arms up high.
The suit utility for all-weather, and armor is great, but there's a number of small factors that brings it back down to good overall. One is the groin pulling I noted earlier when the arms are raised up. An other is the almost totally useless pockets due to size and placement. Venting in the summer could be better (leg/hip vents?), when worn *over* boots, wind comes up the legs and makes the suit colder than it needs be in the winter (but nice in the summer). I'm not sure if you could fit the suit comfortably inside boots because of the size of the zipper pull. The zippers are a bit tricky due to how sturdy they are, and I have to pay special attention to not zip my pants legs in them, since they seem to want to get inside the zippers. I found the neck collar snap to be tight, even on the loosest setting, and it's hard to snap with gloves on, should it come undone, which it does sometimes. There's also been wearing out of the fabric on the inside of the leg bottoms. From what I don't know, maybe my heels when I put the suit on. This started only a few months after I had the suit.
Yes, I recommend this product.
