These pants are way too baggy. I only wish that Rev'It would go back to a more European Fit. Too baggy in the A** and the legs. They reminded me of those rap pants of the 80's. The crotch rides up too much as well. The Ignition pants are much more form fitting that these. You would think all Rev'It pants would fit much more universal. I was hoping these pants would have the same/similar fit as the Ignition 2. No such luck! I wish they offered a more slender fit in a longer length. Rev'It please make up your mind if you want to be a European cut or an American cut. Your gear is getting more boxy by the year! I suggest you go back to the CAD machine and give us a much better fit/product! If you're a slender/athletic fit. Your out of luck with these.

This is a very stylish and protective Jacket. The problem is the Dynex mesh. When it get's hot it doesn't flow enough air. When it get's cold (under 50 degrees) good luck (even with the liner/little vest in)! The liner stinks. For $500 they should put a Gore-Tex liner in! It gets too hot and clammy in there so called breathable liner. The Thermal Vest is another story. Why even bother? For the price point it should be a full Thermal Liner that is super warm to help block the impending wind chill in the cold. A word to the wise on sizing. Do not try this Jacket on with all the layers in it. Remove them. Believe me, you're not going to really use them much of the year any way. If you buy it from the size chart, it's not going to have that snug fit. IMO. But, I have a tall, slender, athletic, Euro build. The Jacket is way over priced, and it needs to vent more in the hot weather. It's funny saying that, because half of the Jacket is mesh. lol.
Good Points: Leather in the impact zones. Armor. Quality.
Bad Points: Liner. Too much Dynex mesh (needs more venting in hot/humid weather). Adjustment on the collar. Price (bang for the buck). Vest Thermal (it should be a full ultra warm thermal at that price point).
I can only recommend this Jacket if you live in a Climate that is a consistent 65-80 degrees. This is not a Jack of All trades Jacket. If you can afford multiple Jackets than 2 thumbs up. If this is you're only/main Jacket you may be a little disappointed.

When is Dainese going to make a zip out Gore-Tex liner? Dainese are you listening? At least provide us with multiple direct venting options through the Gore-Tex membrane, there must be technology for that!

Fit based on older Revit Airforce I Jacket?
I have a older Airforce I jacket in size 50. It fits me well at 6 ft tall 38 chest with the sleeves being a tad short. Should I stay with the 50 in the Tornado? I have long arms and broad shoulders but thin build but worried about sleeve length and shoulder girth. Thanks!

Recommended for winter?
Hi, since this jacket's thermal vest doesn't have sleeves, do you recommend using it in winter where the temps could go around -5 °C and 0 / 5 °C on average??
I wouldn't. The vest is useless if you need to use it. They needed to include a full vest to cover all areas if needed. Person Experience.

How does Hydratex compare to Goretex
I suppose this is an inquiry regarding the waterproof capabilities. Would the hydratex do well in a storm?
It doesn't! If you sweat, you will get clammy. IMO, for go the liner and vest, they are really worthless. If you do that, go a size down. I'm speaking of personal experience.

When will you have this model in full black in size 46?
Check back this Friday. I just returned mine today. It should be in Philly by Friday (Oct.26)! It's the Black/Anthracite Color. Hope that helps.
