I am going to purchase a Nolan N43E helmet but worried about size.

I am going to purchase a Nolan N43E helmet but worried about size. My measurement is 23 7/8 in. and normaly wear a XL but i have had times when I had to get a 2XL. Do Nolans run a little small or are they pretty much right on?
