Large
I friend I ride with has owned a pair of these for over a year and clocked up over 50,000km. So it made the choice easy.
I got the large, which is my normal size. Perfect fit, they are a tight fit to get on, but once on fit true. Took a six hour ride to break them in with no issues. The feel is fantastic through the kangaroo leather. Yes they are not cheap, but if they hold up and give me two seasons it's worth it.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Icon Overlord Prime Leather Pants Icon built the Overlord leather pant for the street. They are not a race derivative track pant poorly re-purposed for the urban environment. They are street specific and here's why. Crafted from the same 1.2-1.4 mm leather as our Overlord jacket, the Overlord leather pant is more than durable enough for the most brutal of street duty. The street specific pattern accommodates the aggressive ergonomics of modern sportbikes while greatly reducing the all too common butt sag when standing. Mechanical flex zones and integrated stretch cordura panels enhance on-bike mobility. Over the boot leg patterns eliminate the racetrack refugee look by allowing your boots to fit under the pant. The integrated plastic knee armor provides enhanced joint abrasion protection should you decide to put these pants to the ultimate test. A three quarter length zipper allows the pant to be connected to any of the Overlord leather jackets. To nip your question in the bud - no, there is no knee puck. We built these pants for the street not track, and dragging knee on the street, as we were recently informed by an irate law officer, is frowned upon. ICON attack fit 1.2-1.4MM Premium grade leather chassis Removable CE knee impact protectors Integrated hip/thigh padding Gathered stretch panels for comfort and flexibility Breathable panels for venting Strategically placed perforated leather for ventilation Premium YKK zippers Please Note Icon logos on knees are white, not black as shown in the product photos and video.

The only thing that would improve these pants are an adjustable waist band or belt loops. They fit one size lager and are long in the leg. Upside is they are easy to shorten, $20 bucks at local alteration shop. Knee armour has plenty of adjustment to get a perfect fit, I recon once they are fully broken in they will be my favourite day ride pants.

This helmet is not the best jet helmet on the market or the best full face, but it is the best modular helmet I have worn so far and is the only one that can be used fully open. Wind noise is about the same as my full face shoei. Although it tops the scales compared with other helmets it is very well balanced and does not feel heavy. There is no buffeting so far, I ride several bikes and have found the same result on each bike.
Pros Great Value, Comfortable

Icon Overlord Short vs Long Length

I'm torn between the Short and Long version of this glove. I like the 3/4 style gauntlets (or "short" gauntlets) because I can usually tuck them inside my jacket. I don't really like having them wrap the outside, nor do I like the very short cuffs.

For example, the Alpinestars S-1 gloves are the perfect length and size but I like the features on the Icon's more.

The majority of my riding is street. So my question would be, which glove would be best for tucking inside the jacket? Keeping in mind that I prefer the 3/4 gauntlet like the A* S-1.

(I have a Street & Steel Nomad Jacket for reference and riding an sv650s)
I would go the shorty. the protection comes 2inches past the bottom of your hand and there is a leather cuff that is very soft that runs around where your wrist bone sits completely around your wrist. My jacket sits over the end of the glove in normal riding, unlike the shorties I have owned previously.

Following the same design criteria as the PDX Jacket, the rain gear that doesnt suck, Icon brings you the PDX Bib. The same ripstop waterproof material but cut into a high backed same seam sealed bib. Full-length leg zippers eliminate the one-footed man in an dance contest all too common with waterproof over pants. Finally, Icon finished up the garment with some well placed cargo pockets and reflective graphic hits. Heavy duty nylon waterproof shell Premium waterproof zippers Adjustable BIB straps Reflective graphics Comfort mesh liner Cargo pockets Removable stirrups Imported

Will the legs unzip up the sides far enough to get on/off without having to take my boots off?

Not with riding boots, you may be OK with sneakers or shoes but I don't think you'd be wearing them with these pants. It only takes 20 seconds to get em on or off.
