This is a fantastic bang for the buck. If they still have your size, do yourself a favor and buy this suit.
Quality Alpinestars piece.
I can say it holds up well as I just went down in turn 1 at SummitPoint WVU unfortunately. Rather minor 50mph lowside, but had a nice long skid. Suit looks barely touched.
Suit breaths well, the inner lining is a nice touch. Armor is good quality - not the beefiest out there, but certainly does the job. Good fit, styling looks better in person.

First off i'll say, if you have not tried an undersuit before, do yourself a favor and buy one. Probably this one.
It makes getting into and out of easier, plus its nice to have something between you and the suit everywhere on your body.
Its a great value. It is comfortable and flows air well. Your suit will limit the air flow before the undersuit.
You can zip from both directions - making bathroom stops easy.
I am 6'0 190lbs Athletic build and the XL fits me perfectly. The large I imagine would have been too small in the arms / chest. or at least much tighter.
The only draw back is, as others have said it seems very delicate. I'm not sure how it will hold up to multiple washings.

Fit and Versatility?

Hey, I plan to eventually do a track day and I have questions about the fit and versatility of this two piece.

For the fit, i'm a 5' 9'' and a half guy at 170-180, with a 40-42 chest. My jean size is a 33-32 and my inseam is a 32-33 as well. What options do you suggest that I choose for sizes?

As versatility goes, I plan to rock a more relaxed textile jacket, but wish to use the pants for spirited riding. However, once in a blue moon I may choose the leather jacket as a stand alone and wonder if it is truly long enough to cover over jeans.

Finally how's the suit on a mid summer's day around the 80-90 temperature range?

Thanks
I'd probably go with a Large in your case.

I'm 6'0 190 and atheltic build. wear a 42-44 suit jacket - but 54 in Dainese / Alpinestar for reference and I ordered an XL and it fits me well. Wear size 32 jean also.
