I have large thing hands, so I have a certain amount of "deal with it" when buying gloves. I have come to expect a high level of quality from Dainese.
I was pretty bummed to find out that the ring fingers were sized differently on each glove. The left ring finger was too tight, and the armor squeezed uncomfortably against my knuckles for the first hundred miles. They are beginning to break in nicely due to the softness of the leather.
They get amazing airflow for being black leather, and my hands are not usually sweaty.
I ride 5 days a week. I look forward to these breaking in nicely. Great lightweight leather gauntlet, doesn't make me look like a power ranger, but still feel protective.

Tried the klim tac shorts on under some riding pants. They fit with no problems and felt very comfortable during a short ride around the block.
The tac shorts are fairly thin, and flowed air well. The thicker foam pads seemed to be made of a fairly durable material, and on my drz400sm, the foam crotch pad is a welcome addition.

RAD: Fits great. the shield never fogs. huge field of vision. always get compliments (bought the white model). visor is a good mix of long enough to block the sun, and short enough to keep drag down to a minimum.
SAD: loud as hell. drafty even when the vents are closed. pulls my head around like a cheap hooker if travelling over 75mph, but i have no fairings to break the wind.
overall, totally happy i own it. buy a different helmet if you deal with cold or wind.

Removal of Insoles

Is it possible to completely remove the TCX factory insole? I have flat feet and need to use a medical insole instead.
