Michelin Pilot Power 2CT Rear Tires Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires add two-compound technology to the already renowned Pilot Power range. While 2CT technology originated in MotoGP racing, Pilot Power 2CT tires are intended for the most demanding sportbike riders, who use their bikes both on the road and for track days. Its tread surface is divided into three separate areas, incorporating two different rubber compounds. This helps provide numerous benefits in terms of dry grip, lean angle, handling and progressive acceleration and braking on wet surfaces. Features Real Moto GP technology from the tire company that has won 15 consecutive GPWorld Championships 20 softer rubber mix on the edges of the tread yields phenomenal cornering grip Unprecedented lean angles 51.2 degrees in the dry on Michelin's test track Precise handling and feedback Lap times within 7 of Michelin Moto GP slicks when fitted on Colin Edward's Yamaha Moto GP bike at Malaysia's Sepang circuit in February 2006 Track Day tire that is equally at home on the road

I just finished scrubbing in a front Pilot Power 2CT to match an existing rear of the same model. It replaced a mismatched (potentially original) Dunlop Qualifier that was cupping and all-around sucked on uneven surfaces. I also noticed some wobble when removing my hands from the bars. My research on the wobble pointed me to replacing the front tire. Needless to say, the PP2 is a huge step up and feels great. I rode this morning and the bike definitely felt more balanced and light on sweeping curves. I can't wait for warmer weather to put some lean on it. The wobble is a distant memory.
I have another bike with Pilot Road 2's and have been very impressed with the 2CT approach and feel.
Yes, I recommend this product.
