I originally installed 2 inexpensive blue tooth transmitters on my BMW R1200RT to be able to stream music to my and my passenger's Sena SMH5s but purchased the SM10 to clean up the wiring in the small storage area. Transmission strength and sound quality are outstanding with the SMH5s and Sena's upgraded speakers in our helmets. One shortcoming - it can be frustrating plugging in the stereo cable to the SM10 and getting good stereo sound as there is nothing to stop the stereo cable in the proper inserted position. You have to slide the phono plug in and out of the female RCA connector in the SM10 until you can get proper stereo sound (not just left, right or nothing). Such a simple design shortcoming in an outstanding unit. Still well worth it!

Shoei Neotec Modular Helmet Evolving on previous designs, Shoei has revamped its modular helmet style with a streamlined and attractively sculpted shape that conveys the feel of freely moving through the outdoors in the Neotec Modular Helmet. Overall shell size is kept compact by incorporating the internal sun visors open/close mechanism inside all ventilation mechanisms are shaped and positioned in such a way as to reduce any possible drag. A redesigned aerodynamic spoiler also helps to cut lift, reducing neck strain on long, cross country rides. In the Shoei Neotec all these features combine to create a premium helmet that excels in appearance, protection, comfort and performance. The Shoei Neotec Helmet's chin bar is connected to the same axis point and mechanism as its shield, minimizing extra parts. This also enables simultaneous closing of the shield with the chin bar, which is then held in place with an easy-open lock release button. The shield lock system offers secure closure or the ability to keep the shield slightly open to allow for increased airflow. With the Shoei Neotec Helmet, Shoei now includes a built-in sun shield, the QSV-1. The visor tucks neatly away beneath a non-intrusive shell built into the helmets liner, and can be lowered with the easy control of a sliding button. Shoei Neotec Helmet Features Face Shield Features Easily operable lever mechanism Anti-fog, anti-scratch, 99 UV blocking New Pinlock-ready CNS-1 faceshield Wider and taller than the CX-1V that it replaces Includes Pinlock insert 3D injection molding process ensures a distortion-free view Improved Ventilation and Aerodynamics Newly designed vortex generators pull air through helmet 276 more airflow than Multitec Added inlets and outlets Vents are flush against helmet to maintain aerodynamics 5-Ply Shock-Absorbing Fiber Shell 3 shell sizes AIM Multi-Composite construction Lightweight yet strong Shell-integrated spoiler reduces lift and drag during high-speed riding Dual EPS Liner Multi-density EPS for optimal protection Two vents funnel fresh air through the EPS liner Dual liner channels route and disperse air evenly throughout the helmet EPS liner in chin bar All new interior Fully removable 3D interior liner Top center pad is removable and washable Improved cheekpad design allows better fit with eyeglasses Included chin curtain can be inserted into the chin bar to reduce turbulence and noise All Neotec Helmets sold in the US have a double D-ring closure Note Due to manufacturer restrictions, Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States

This is an expensive helmet - no doubt, but you really get what you pay for. Incredibly comfortable, everything works exactly as it should and it acccomodates my Sena comm system like it was made for it. Other modulars feel cheap (except the Schuberth) by comparison. This was purchased in your store where your sales associate provided outstanding customer service. I had 5 different premium helmets on the counter and went through them methodically until we had a winner! Not only is your internet sales exemplary, but now I know the in-store experience is just as good!
Positives:
- Plush liner (nicer than Schuberth)
- Interior shape fits me perfectly
- QUIET! Almost as quiet as my Qwest
- Vault like chinbar mechanism
- Quality feel, fit and finish
- Interior shade very well designed (most aren't)
- Did I say QUIET?
- It's not ginormous on your head (Nolan...are you listening?)
Negatives:
- Ummm, none.

While the speakers that come with the SMH5 are fine for conversation, they are somewhat lacking for music. Harsh and screechy at elevated volume. The upgraded speakers are better - I can enjoy the music I stream from my phone while riding. Don't expect miracles here; you won't get great sound from any helmet speaker considering the environment. These are a good (cheap) alternative to those unwilling to wear ear buds.

I'm an extended range sport-tour rider, so I needed boots that are light, protective and comfortable to walk in. These boots are perfect for me. Very comfortable for long rides, feel almost as good as my sneakers for walking with good arch support and seem to be of very high quality. Haven't ridden with them in the rain yet, but even if they weren't waterproof I'd still wear them. I'll confirm some of the other reviews...really long laces, but they aren't a problem at all when folded back on themselves and secured under the leather flap. My passenger loves her's too.

To make sure my girlfriend would be comfortable during all the riding we will do this summer I wanted to get her these pants since I have been so happy with the pair I've had for 2 years. Relatively light weight, flows air well (more would be better, but these are good), comfortable and a good value. I've experienced nothing but satisfaction with Olympia gear and my girlfriend has been very happy with these pants.
