I am a touring rider and was looking for something that was a true 4 season jacket and a waterproof shell was a must-have requirement for me. I tried out various Gore Pro models from Rukka, Dainese, Rev'it! and Klim, but either they lacked good ventilation for summer riding or they didn't fit me. For reference, I am 5'6", 150lbs, 39" chest, 34" waist. I typically fit into most European brands easily. New Rev'it! Cut and Klim is American and didn't fit me.
After lots of research and returning few unworn jackets back to Revzilla and my local dealer, I finally zeroed upon the Spidi Ergo 365 Expedition. I discussed my requirement in detail with the Spidi customer sales rep in Italy and was very pleased with their prompt and accurate responses.
This jacket is probably the most versatile and functional textile jacket currently available in the market. The recommended pant for this jacket is Spidi Ergo Pro H2Out, which isn't available in US. I had to special order a MD jacket and a MD pant.
Pros:
Excellent ventilation for hot weather.
CE level II hard back protector
Hard Chest protector
Very comfortable
Mostly waterproof shell (read the cons below).
Built-in Hydration pack included
Balaclava included
Removable cargo pockets to alter the jacket for different requirements and styling.
Lots of room in pockets for storage
Rear cargo pocket can be used as a tank bag
Illustrated diagrams/instructions everywhere in the jacket
Lots of reflectivity
Waterproof liner can be worn as destination layer
Lots of adjustments for fine tuning the fit.
Waterproof bag included to store liners when not in use.
A velcro backed label (name tag) can be ordered from Spidi at no extra charge with your name or anything else on it (no logos). This goes just above the left chest pocket.
360 zipper to connect with Spidi pants.
External shell doesn't have a crunchy feeling like some other Gore Pro jackets.
...and lastly, super comfortable.
Cons:
The entire setup is heavy, with all liners, armor, hydroback and pockets, it weighs about 9.5lbs.
Outer shell isn't waterproof around the arms, it's only water resistant. The removable waterproof H2Out liner is required to make the jacket totally waterproof.
The zippers behind the front cargo pockets aren't waterproof. So if you remove the cargo pockets, make sure you don't put anything that could be damaged by water in the front pockets.
Expensive! ...but totally worth it!
Some nit picks:
The hydroback when filled with water, is not very easy to fit inside the back cargo pocket.
The single piece chest protector gets in the way and makes it a little harder to zip up the liners. A two piece check protector would have been better or one can always remove the chest protector while zipping up the liners.
The collar has a strap that cinches through a metal loop. Takes a little getting used to it.
If you were to wear the jacket with all the liners in, it takes approx a minute to zip and button every liner and outer shell. Its not a quick in and out.

The windscreen is 4.1mm thick compared to 3.9mm stock. The build quality is good and there are no rough edges. It is about 6" taller than stock (I ordered the +4").
I wear a Schuberth S2 helmet, I am 5'6" with 30" inseam. This windscreen was better than stock only upto 40mph, very little wind buffeting. Over 40mph specially at highway speeds, the wind buffeting was as bad as stock. The top edge of the windscreen also vibrates at highway speeds.

I have always owned Arai and Schuberth helmets, so build quality is very important to me. I was excited to receive this helmet due to the exceptionally good review by Anthony.
But what a disappointment! The helmet I received had 3 manufacturing issues:
1. One of the 3 red color snaps on the left cheek pad was broken.
2. On the back of the helmet, was a small piece of loose styrofoam that seems to have split off the main shell.
3. One of the top vent buttons was loose and did not provide any tactile feedback.
It may be a one off case that only this particular helmet has issues and not all helmets are same, but it's hard to trust a product when it has manufacturing defects out of the box. I would probably need to go back to Arai/Schuberth again.

Nice looking gloves, but not very comfortable

These are nice looking gloves with knuckle protection and mesh construction. Very airy and fashionable.
I have two problems with these:
1. The fitting is odd. I usually wear medium size gloves, but the medium in these do not fit me very well. They feel little tight. Although after couple hours of riding, they have stretched a bit, but still not very comfortable.
2. The mesh lining frequently sticks to the Velcro (while wearing the gloves or while the gloves are lying around) and then while trying to separate them, the Velcro pulls out some threads from the mesh. I am sure by the end of the season, the mesh will be reduced to none (specially on the finger tips).
Pros Fashionable
Cons Cramped, Scuffs Easily
Yes, I recommend this product.

I wear 32x30 jeans and I ordered 32x31 medium-regular size. These pants fit very well and while riding a sportsbike in an aggressive riding position, feel very comfortable. Although they could have been little more airy, but still the ventilation is at par with other expensive brands. The reflective stripes at the bottom are a nice addition.
Pros Comfortable, Fashionable
Yes, I recommend this product.
