I've always been a Shoei guy. Just fits my head best. I tried to be an Arai guy (Keven Schwantz fan!), but they never fit. The Schubert is the lightest thing I've every felt, but I can't afford $1000 on my head. I've owned RF200, X8, X8 air, and X11. By comparison the GT-Air is a great fit, similar to the X shell, pretty light weight, but what sold me was the built in sun shield.
The thing vents really well, is very comfortable, and is not overly subject to wind buffeting.
Down side - there's a subtle, high pitched squeal I'm guessing is from the face shield. It disappears above 90 mph, but that's not a viable solution on every road. The breath guard is way too small to be of any use and the shield actually fogs less without it. The clear shield material is the softest I've come across. A bug splatter not cleaned up right away actually etched it. Never happened with any other Shoei I've owned, Lastly, older Shoei's clip the chin strap to the D-ring buckle. Now, there's a snap just above the buckle. Harder to find, especially with gloves.
All that said it's still a great helmet, from it's easy, intuitive vent controls, to the effective chin curtain, to the top line cheek pad material. No helmet is perfect, but this will certainly do.
Yes, I recommend this product.

First the shipping was fast, fast, fast. The tire breaks in fast and has tremendous grip. Really inspires confidence at extreme lean angles. Have not experienced rain yet, and can't yet speak to tread life as I only have a couple hundred miles on the tire and the mold seams haven't worn. The only thing that would improve things would be if Revzilla had a list of preferred installers.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Pit Bull Hybrid One Armed Rear Stand BMW The Pit Bull Hybrid One Armed Rear Stand BMW features a removable handle which allows you to use the stand with the handle going either forward or toward the rear of the bike. The handle can be installed going either to the front or back on the drive side, but on BMW bikes, you cannot use this stand on the non-drive side of the motorcycle. When installed on the drive side, it allows wheel removal. It offers great leverage and stability and the ball bearing head makes it easy to spin the wheel for cleaning and maintenance. Sold complete with one pin. Fits BMW R Nine T, K1200, R1200, K1300, R1300, and HP2 models

My second Pit Bull stand, my first single side swing arm model. Always well made and look good. I have just two gripes: 1. The pin that engages the hub could be longer. Still a fair amount of wiggle when the bike is up on the stand, and 2. this could be because my BMW K1300s is just heavy, but it takes some serious commitment to get the bike up. Not nearly as easy as the Pit-Bull video makes it seam. Overall, though, still highly recommended.

First thing to do is replace the 60 in laces they come with. Way too long. I put Lock Laces Elastic laces in and they work and look great! Boots are definitely waterproof, but are on the warm side. The look is very nice - great with jeans, and easy to walk in. Love'em.

Best darn gloves on the market. My second pair of Held's and they're excellent. Knuckle protection is exactly where it should be for comfort and protection. The look is fabulous. I've warn Arlen Ness, Alpine Stars, Olympia, and Dianese. Held are just the best.
