I have been looking for some winter riding pants and have been disappointed so far. That is until I ordered these. I have only made one ride, but here is my review.
The pants are slightly long. I am 5'11, 190lbs and got a 46 R. They fit well for a riding pant with the exception of the legs which are slightly long. The top of the knee armor is at the top of my knees (yes I adjusted it as high as it would go). I think the 46S would have been a better fit. The side zippers work fine and I was able to slide these pants over my riding boots with very minor effort.
These pants are warm, I had the liner installed. I rode to work today 64 miles. It was 27 degrees when I left the house. I rode mostly highway speeds ranging from 60 - 90 my legs were never even slightly chilly. These pants will keep you warm!
These are the forth pair of pants I purchased so I can ride year round in Virginia. They are the only pair I did not return.

The back protector is held in place by velcro on the back, and inside the pocket. It took me a couple rides to figure this out. Once I used the velcro the protector stays in place nicely.

I got this on closeout so the price was great. I commute in Virginia and have used it at 91 with high humidity and it performed great.
The armor is CE rated but feels flimsy and you need a back protector. I put my Alpinestars Bionic back protector in, but it does not fit very well. The pocket for the back protector is very wide and the bionic is too slim and does not stand upright.
My only regret is that I failed to notice the back of the jacket is black not blue like the front. So I still need to wear my icon vest at night.

I got the half smoke visor hoping to eliminate sunglasses for my evening commute. The smoke portion of the helmet is not very dark and on bright sunny days I still need sunglasses. However, it is nice that I can ride at night and have very good visibility since only half of the visor is "smoked".

I bought these because the soccer socks I tried wearing were too thick and left my feet itchy at the end of the day.
These rock! They fit great, padding in the right places, thinner in others, allows air to flow, and not itchy feet. Save some time and order two pairs, otherwise you will have to come back and order again.

I got this to replace the pad that came with my Speed and Strength jacket. It seems very robust and infers that it will protect me well in crash. It was a tight fit for my jacket though and causes the neck to be a little tight. I wanted to mention it has really good air flow, much better than the pad that came with the jacket.

I just got this for my wife and I. We are both beginning riders and being able to communicate while we ride around seemed like a good idea. I read a lot of reviews and decided on the Sena SMH-10.
Installation was pretty easy, but not straight forward for a novice. I have shoei multitec and my wife has a shoei rf-1000 and it fits on both helments.
We road tested it last night and it worked extremely well up to 60 mph (this is the fastest we went). I could hear my wife clearly, no wind noise or static.
The only thing we both noticed is that our helmets were fogging up at low speeds. We are not sure if it was because of the installation of the device or because we were "mouth breathing" since we were chatting. This was not a big issue and we plan to just add more defogger to the visors.
We both agree it was a great purchase.
Oh and Revzilla was great. Customer support assured me it would fit my helmet and if not I could return it, shipping was very fast and well packed.

I live in Virginia, and it gets over 100 in the summer several times, and is always 80+. Can I wear this in such a hot climate? Could we get a category for hot weather jackets?

Can someone post the width at the lowest point on the armor?
I just measured mine. It is:
18.5" long
8" wide at the top
10.5" wide at the widest section of the bottom
I love it, it flows air well and allows me to believe I have a better chance in a crash.

Replacement and tinted Shoei visor (face sheild). Do these fit all full face helmets? In particular the Multitec?
I want to buy Shoei Multitec but I also want a tinted visor to interchange with the clear visor when its day or night.
It fits my Multitec just fine. I got the half smoke and it snapped right into place.

this visor is a SHOEI original visor or a aftermarket brand visor?
Mine had Shoei markings on it. I am fairly confident it is factory OEM. Either way, it fit perfectly on my Modular helmet.
