I was bouncing back and forth between this and the Kriega tail bag, but I wanted ease of opening and closing and decided I didn't need something that was major water proof so I opted for the Ogio.
It's perfect. I fit my laptop (thinkpad), some gym clothes and sneakers, and can still get some personal items in the top compartment. Ran the straps under the pillion seat and leave the small buckles exposed when the bag is off, but it's real easy to unbuckle on and off and bring with you.
If you don't need a giant bag and aren't considering using it for overnight trips with questionable weather, then this bag is just right. Price was decent too.

Kriega R20 Backpack The Kriega R20 motorcycle backpack has been designed specifically as an active riding pack with Kriega's unique QUADLOC-lite harness system. The harness is angled away from underarms for total freedom of movement and once set, the pack is exceptionally convenient to use with none of the harness re-adjustment necessary on conventional harness systems. The size adjustable harness allows the backpack position to be moved up or down to produce the best possible fit. The Kriega R20 can be worn with or without a waist strap. The waist strap is not really necessary for street riding Features Main compartment with YKK water-resistant zip Side access pocket with YKK water-resistant zip Internal hydration sleeve with compression Internal zipped mesh-pocket SUPERSPACE 5mm airspace back. Straps on nicely, and puts the wieght on your lower back rather than shoulders. Fits just enough stuff. Seems water proof and wind drag resistant. Have had it on my back on highways during windy days and no noticeable wind resistants or anything flapping around. Nice inside outside compartments.
