Unlike the mesh version of this jacket, which runs large, I've found that this waterproof one runs true to size. I'm 5'10", 165 lbs and the medium fits me perfectly. Despite being a colder, wetter weather jacket, at highway speeds I've been comfortable and cool in 84 degree weather, but slower city driving can be hot. The only things I would change are the back protector (seems inadequate,) and adding vents to the front. I realize there are two zippered and Velcro vents on the front, but the way they are designed they don't really stay open. Nitpicking aside, I really like this jacket and would recommend it.
Yes, I recommend this product.
