Recently bought the Urban Tank Bag and have already used it for around 900 mi. The fits very well on my '01 VFR and perfectly rounds out the bike's sport touring capability. It's ideal for me because I don't like saddlebags on sportbikes. I won't go over the features since the video review here has done a great job of that already.
The bag is low profile enough that I can still ride in a full tuck and carry enough stuff for just about any type of trip. I've used it to commute to work with a 15" laptop (it was pretty snug, so larger laptops might not fit); a daytrip with a Canon SLR camera bag, lunch, and lots of water; and a 3 day weekend trip with 2 changes of clothes including a pair of shoes.
The organizer inside the main compartment is a bit too loose fitting to keep stuff in place, especially in the twisties, but it doesn't detract much from the functionality. I ended up using the side pockets for smaller items. The clear panel, side and bottom pockets are well thought out and easily accessible while mounted on the bike. Some might consider the lack of internal padding a negative. The bag isn't the most aerodynamic looking, so it doesn't look any worse deflated.
The helmet retention system works really well. I even managed to roll up my mesh jacket and wedge it between the helmet and bag for a 100% hands free carry off the bike.
Two things I can't comment on yet are the waterproofing and long term durability. I live in west Texas so rain isn't an issue. As far as durability, we'll just have to wait and see.
