My biggest complaint is that you have to turn it off and on all the time if you want any significant battery life. I have mine installed beneath the seat of my K1600GTL, so this means removing the seat to turn it off/on each time. This defeats the purpose of having it installed in a secure location. If I mount it out in the open so as to ease the off/on issue, then I have more wires exposed and have to remove the SM10 itself each time I get on/off. Support has been abysmal. Requests beginning in Jan 2013 to address this issue have had no response from Sena and it's now Feb 2014. When the battery is dead, it will NOT run on exterior power until it charges for about 45 minutes first. Disappointing product, even more disappointing support.
