I received my bag and promptly installed and went for a 100 mile ride or so. Took the bag off and later went to clean the bike up and noticed some texture marks on the tank where the magnets were located. I now have four stamps left by the magnets engraving the texture into the paint. To be more specific, there's no scratches or rub marks. The tank was clean before install and the bag was brand new and clean. Other than this disaster, the bag was perfect size and all.
No, I do not recommend this product.

The kit says it plugs directly to stock tail light plug but I think it's just for the Daytona Plug. I ended up taking a tech screwdriver and swapping each pin out of the plug to make it plug n play. A little extra time but it makes for a really clean connection. Also, I would've liked to have a had a heads up on which wire went to which directional signal. The Blue wire coming from the new tail light goes to the green/red wire from bike harness. The yellow goes to the green/white wire from bike harness.
Overall, the light fits and looks great. Bright and the signals do a good job.

Arai Defiant Asteroid Helmet Designed specifically for the aesthetics and needs of street fighter and naked bike rider in mind, the new Arai Defiant Asteroid is equally aggressive and feature rich, as one would expect from a new Arai helmet. Based on the fit and comfort of the Quantum, the Defiant was built for the upright riding position with its aggressive, integrated chin spoiler, which was designed specifically to guide wind around the neck and to improve the aerodynamic properties of the helmet. The Hyper Ridge Bumper circles the bottom of the shell both adding additional strength and also lowering the helmet's center of gravity, while flaring the helmet opening slightly to increase the ease of putting on, and taking off. The Arai Defiant utilizes Arai's latest faceshield design, the SAI Max Vision Pinlock Shield with Brow Vents and includes Pinlock insert lens. The SAI Max Vision shield has been widened by 5mm left and right and offers one of the widest eyeports available for excellent peripheral vision. Features Aggressive new styling Internals are redesigned with a focus on safety and comfort Organic shell shape for superb energy management New IC-4 Upper Intake vents seal more completely when closed New ACR-4 flow thru exhaust vent allows greater air flow when open and reduces drag when closed FCS R (Facial Contour Support) cheek pad design has 5mm peel away micro fit layer for greater personal fit Cheek pads feature contoured shape, multiple density foam layer supported by a patented spring New shell shape is easier to put on and take off New water repellent material along bottom edge Pull down spoiler works with new flared bottom to increase helmet stability SAI Max Vision Brow Vent Pinlock anti-fog lens insert included DOT and Snell 2010 certified

After watching the review on this website, I was confident in my purchase before it even arrived but was blown away after I put it on and took off on the Speed Triple. So quite I can't enjoy the sound of the Arrow exhaust I just installed. Ventilation is superb.

First pair of AStars that I've tried. I have short fingers but a wide hand. Getting my hand through the cuff takes way more work than I bargained for. It feels great once it's on until I start riding. The material bunches in the palm and at the bases of the fingers causing pressure points which in turn causes fingers to fall asleep and just pure discomfort. Wish the glove felt as good as it looks.
