SW-MOTECH Mirror Wideners Yamaha FZ1 If you're tired of seeing your own shoulders in your rearview mirrors, then the SW-MOTECH Mirror Wideners are for you! This pair of mirror wideners screw into the original mirror mount on your motorcycle's fairing, providing a spacer between the base of the rearview mirror and the motorcycle's fairing.

If you're like me, the stock mirrors on the FZ1 suck. You get a nice view of your arms and not much else. Enter the SW Motech mirror wideners. These are a polymer block that raise your stock mirrors up/out about an inch. Installation is pretty easy and requires removal of some of the front plastics. The thing is, they don't really do much. I noticed a SLIGHTLY (and I mean ever so slightly) better view behind me. Not enough to justify the cost in my opinion though.

A number of years ago I bought a TechMount handlebar kit and similar case that fit an iPod Touch and iPhone 5, mounting to what I believe is called a dual T slot. Fast forward a few years and that case no longer fit my iPhone 6. Not wanting to buy a whole new kit, or a RAM Mount, I decided to give this a try. Fits my phone and my existing mount. Ball mount on back is removable revealing a dual T setup.

I wear a 33W in pretty much every brand of jeans I've ever tried. So, I ordered a 34W. To my dismay, S&S's 34 fits more like a 32; too small. Styling-wise these look great. Knee pads are a bonus. Denim, however, is thin-ish and cheap feeling.
For nearly the same price, you can get a pair of a different brand, whose logo is a dragon. They'll fit weird too (classic fit is really baggy, slim fit is too slim), but the denim is much thicker/higher quality and the Kevlar lining is tops.

Jacket looks great! Nice aggressive styling.
Fit is a bit on the small side. I normally wear a 38-40 and ordered a 40. Chest/shoulders fit decent but I had to let out the side adjustments and I'm not a chubby guy.
Armor seems to be OK but a bit on the thin side. Elbow armor is a bit low.
Quilted liner seems to be decently thick but is only a vest and not a full-sleeve liner. If you want any kind of warmth for your arms you're going to have to throw on a hoodie underneath.
Quite a few vents for airflow but it will be quite sometime before I'm able to test that out.
All in all, this is a lot of jacket for the money.

Easy installation, seem solid. I haven't tested the hardness of the bolts but they seem to be well made. Should provide a decent level of protection in the event of a low-side.

I wouldn't count on these to offer much protection in the event of a low-side, but they do serve as a docking point for a rear stand. Affordable and well made. What's not to like?

So far I'm really liking this jacket.
In terms of what you get compared with cost, I think your dollar goes a long way here.
This jacket looks great in white (as does all of Speed and Strength's white gear) in my opinion and would look good with most colors of bikes. The contrasting black panels help break up the monotony of a single-color jacket and make the white stand out even more. Should be pretty good visibility wise for drivers (we all hope).
Soft armor is included in the elbows and shoulders, along with a large back pad.
Air flow is excellent and I could immediately tell the difference over the black mesh jacket I previously wore. Wearing a lighter color really works and does keep you cooler.
Fit for me was good but the jacket seems a bit short. At 5' 11", 165lbs, 38" chest, I found the small fit well but the sleeves could have been about two inches longer for my taste. On the bike the right sleeve (watch must keep the left one in place?) tends to ride up, exposing a small patch of skin on my wrist, which also sends air up the sleeve. Not necessarily a bad thing when it's hot out, but a big pet peeve of mine. I like my wrists fully covered. I understand why most manufacturers don't make tall sizes but a motorcycle jacket's sleeves should be longer than normal.
I also like zippered cuffs but for the price and features you really can't go wrong with this jacket.

For the price, this is a good set of summer/warmer weather gloves. While not a full-on mesh glove, the mix of fabric and leather has plenty of ventilation and airflow.
These things (at least in white) look great and match up well with Speed and Strength's other offerings in white.
Comfort is ALMOST a five out of five except for one thing. Glove designers/manufacturers take note: STOP PUTTING A SEAM ON THE INSIDE OF THE THROTTLE THUMB!!! Just about every pair of gloves I've owned has had this problem. For the life of me, I cannot fathom why they would do this, or not utilize exterior seams.
Protection wise these are about average. Fingers are pretty well protected but there is no hard knuckle protection, only padding. Probably do OK in town but I wouldn't expect them to hold up to a highway speed crash.
One other minor point of contention is the hook and loop closure, and is another thing I think a lot of manufacturers are doing wrong. The hook part of the closure should be on the tab, not the body of the glove, so as not to snag the mesh lining of your jacket.
Fit wise I found these to run slightly large. I wear a large (mostly for finger length) and found these fit big enough to wear a liner underneath, which was a pleasant surprise.
All in all, a good value.

I've had these gloves for about a year now and they're holding up well.
Good glove for hot weather riding. They don't offer a whole lot of impact protection with having a soft knuckle but they breathe well and have good airflow.
I did make a modification and removed the hook part of the wrist closure as I found it caught on my jacket liner too much.
