Shoei RF-1100 Helmet - Solid Colors SHOEI is proud to introduce the all-new RF-1100 Helmet, which is built on the strongest pedigree in the motorcycle helmet business. The Shoei RF-1000 Helmet has enjoyed great success since its 2003 inception, but that didnt stop SHOEIs world-class development team from throwing out the molds to build a brand-new helmet from scratch. Combining dealer and customer requests with advanced technology, modern testing practices, and fifty years of helmet-building experience, SHOEI delivers the finest sport-touring helmet that money can buy. The all-new, groundbreaking Shoei RF-1100 - where aggressive styling meets SHOEIs unrivaled attention to detail, and the evolution of perfection is once again met. AIM+ Shell Construction Aerodynamic properties are maximized through extensive wind tunnel and professional riders feedback High performance fiber materials are combined with extremely elastic organic fibers to create shell structure that is ultra lightweight, rigid and resilient 5 Shell Sizes and six EPS liner configurations present increased fit options that comfortably fit most head sizes A third generation Tail Fin, integrated into the bottom rear beading in combination with the Shell-Integrated Spoiler, allows smooth airflow that reduces drag and lift CW-1 Face Shield The CW-1, three-dimensionally curved shield is both wider and taller than the CX-1V it replaces Q.R.S.A. (Quick Release Self-Adjusting) Base Plate System Q.R.S.A. base plate allows for tool-less face shield removal and installation. Every time the shield is lowered, the spring-loaded base plate (U.S. patent pending 11/799935) pulls the shield back to contact the window beading evenly, ensuring a wind and waterproof seal between shield and helmet Variable Ventilation System Upper Air Intake Vent is positioned to maximize air volume into the helmet interior Top outlet vent is separate from the Shell- Integrated Spoiler, allowing it to be positioned for optimum flow-through ventilation Four rear outlet vents allow for adjustment of airflow based on riding position Enlarged lower air intake/defroster vent reduces shield fogging and increases ventilation The rear/neck outlets allow for effective air exhaust Breath guard and chin curtain included Interior System The entire interior lining (cheek pads, crown liner and chin strap covers) is easily removed to allow cleaning Each component of the inner liner is ergonomically designed to offer the ultimate in safety, fit and comfort Eyeglass compatible Tech Specs 5 shell sizes Weight 3.54 Pounds / 1604grams (based on size medium / solid color) DOT and Snell M2010 approved Need help with sizing Check out our sizing video or read our Shoei Size Chart for more help. This is my 1st Shoei, and to be honest I thought it would be better. I went into the Revzilla showroom in Philly. And look at a few helmets. It came down too the Rf1100, HJC RPS10. I wanted to leave there with a helmet. And didn't wanna have to order and wait. After trying them both on they both felt good on my head but the Shoei did fit my head shape alittle better. But the HJC wasn't uncomfortable and actually felt lighter to me. The only problem was they only had the HJC in the Ben Spies replica in stock at the showroom. And didn't wanna pay the extra$200 Bottom line wish I would of ordered the solid HJC. I get a lot of head shake at high speeds even when tucked and it fogs up like crazy. And has a whistle if the front top vents are open. Not a bad helmet just thought it would have been better. Another good thing is I got a free tinted shield.

I tired a couple different boots for the street. These are perfect! they feel like your wearing sneakers, but with alittle more protection. They are alittle hot in extrem heat but the comfort level on them are that good that having my feet sweat alittle wasn't a big deal. I wear a size 9 in sneakers and thats what i bought and the fit is dead on!

The first dualcompound performance tire with an intermediate compound in the center of the tread for durability, and a softer compound on the shoulders for cornering grip. All compounds were originally developed for MotoGP racing Three compounds available Power Race Medium, an intermediate compound in the center and soft compound on the shoulders Power Race Medium Soft, an intermediate compound in the center, super soft compound on the shoulders Power Race Soft, soft compound overall, no dual compound Excellent high speed stability thanks to carcass construction made up of two angled polyester plies and a zerodegree aramid belt Semislick tread pattern to maximize the contact patch especially at full lean, and increase stability of the tread. Tread grooves are oriented to evacuate water from the contact patch in damp track conditions Rounded front profile and sharper rear profile actually help shift the weight of the bike toward the front for improved front end feedback under braking. This also minimizes the need for adjusting suspension settings W speed rating unlike some ultra highperformance tires, every Power race size carries the W speed rating, ensuring compliance with the most demanding certifications and simplifying tire selection.

I've been using these tires at the track and then on the street until there used up. 1st in my opinion these tires are better then the power ones! These things stick like glue, really they do! Get them warmed up and get off the bike and touch them with ur fingure and it really sticks to the tire. I usually get 2 or 3 track days on both my bikes 08 CBR1000RR & 09 ZX10R plus 1500 miles on the street. I never just used a set for the street alone so I dont know how long they will last without track days. But if you ride like i do in triple digits on the street too, Then u want grip not mileage. There are good street tires that get good mileage and grip pirelli rosso corsa the best in my opinion. but as far as outright grip these tires were awsome. The only place I can still find sets for sale is at the track. Michelin bring these back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
