I was hesitant to get the dark smoke because I didnt want to go through the hassle of changing visors. One of the reviewers on here had said that the visor was ok for might riding, so i decided to get it and glad I did.
Night visibility is not bad at all and the visor does a good job at minimizing sun during the day. I rode with the visor once at night while it was raining and I was able to see enough to get home, went through streets only.
The con: i feel that it fogs up easier than the clear visor that came with my helmet. I often find myself opening my chin vent or visor to clear up the fog. But I guess this is to be expected with most dark smoke visors.
Other than that small cumbersome, I do recommend this visor.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Decided to go with a Shoei after I crashed in my scorpion and there is a difference in quality. Shoei feels lighter and more compact in my opinion. The helmet came with aero skirt and nose breath guard so I didn't have to spend more money. Only complaint is that the helmet feels like more for an oval head. My head is roundish and I could feel my temples being pressed. Now I don't feel the pressure anymore. Seems the helmet molded to my head shape, which is what you want in a helmet for best protection. Shipping was AMAZING. Helmet arrived in two days. Very impressed. Also the online price matching was simple. If youre going with a higher end helmet, Shoeis are good way to start off. I only took one star off because it seems that the break in period is a little longer for roundish heads.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought these after I dropped my bike for the first time and got bad road burn on knees. A month after recovering I got into a horrible low side accident while doing twisties going about 35mph. Bike was totaled. Knees were bruised and I got a half inch puncture wound on my calf. Nothing was broken! Maybe I just got really lucky.
Anyway. They fit me well and I can walk around school with them. I wear them on the outside of my slim jeans and gotten compliments on how good they look. I am 5'3. They have ok ventilation. I wish they were clipped on instead of belcro strapped. But good bang for your buck.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Got this jacket so I can use it in the heat and cold weather conditions. I am 5'3-4, little brawny chested, 140 lbs and got the Small sized version. Fits well along the chest and forearms. I like the fact that it has a removable inside liner. It was one of the main reasons for buying, since you can take it off when its really hot. Have only ridden in 80+ degree weather tho, nothing hotter yet. I LOVE that the liner has several pockets with strong Velcro to put things in. The waist is also adjustable with a Velcro strap such as the wrists are.
I am not very fond of the style tho. I wish the jacket had "Alpine" written on the forearms like the sportier jackets. Also wish that the jacket came with CE rated chest and back armor instead of the foam. Also how the liner is zipped to the jacket makes it take longer to remove.
Overall good jacket for the price. Lightweight, since its not leather. And easy to get in and out of. It's prone to cold weather, but putting on a hoodie helps.
