Anthony pretty much nailed the video on this one, not much else to add on top of the video. If you are looking to upgrade your hip padding in your riding pants, these are a great choice! I feel very safe wearing these! They are slightly thick so keep that in mind if your pants are a little tight around the hips.
In my opinion though, even if they do make your pants a little tight at the hips it's still definitely worth it! You are still getting an upgrade in protection! Can't put a price on that!

I love these pants since I don't have to worry about packing along a pair of pants or shorts to change into when I get to where I'm going! These fit perfectly over both jeans and shorts! I wear 30/32 in jeans and decided to order the size 30 and was very satisfied! I cinch up the waste buckle about 6 times with shorts and 2 times with jeans on and I still feel very comfortable!
The material is high quality! I feel very safe wearing these! The knee/shin armor is CE rated and is sure to do the job in any accident! As with everyone else, I wish there was hip armor. There isn't even pockets on the inside to add hip armor. I bought some hip pads anyway and am going to have a seamstress put them in anyway but I was a little disappointed about that. But that's my only complaint!
The air flow is just what I was looking for. Enough to keep my legs from getting hot when wearing jeans under the pants, but not too much to make my legs cold with shorts on. Perfect air flow ratio!
Overall I gave it a 4/5 only because of the hip pad dilemma.

Alpinestars jackets come with just a regular foam pad in the chest that offers little to no protection in cause of a crash. These replacement pads fit perfectly into my T-GP-R jacket no problem. As long as the jacket isn't already really tight around your chest, you aren't going to ever notice you put these in there! they are stiffer than the foam obviously but that's whats going to keep you from cracking/breaking your ribs in a crash. So again, as long as your jacket fits properly and isn't really tight, you will never notice these!
Remember, the $40 you spend on these is WAY cheaper than hospital visits and physical therapy! You can never be too protected on a bike!

The helmets come with a light smoke sun visor which only provide a slight amount of sun protection. I purchased the dark smoke replacement sun visor and couldn't be happier! It's way cheaper than buying a dark smoke external visor and it's always there when you need it! No need to change out your visor each time the weather changes!
Great buy! A must have!

I bought the black/white gloves in medium for my small hands and they fit perfectly!
The double/triple reinforced padding lets me know my hands aren't ever going to touch the pavement even in a bad crash! They are very soft on the inside and very well made! I don't foresee any part of these falling apart ever! Very high quality!
The knuckle guard is fantastic! Being on a separate piece of material from your hand you can't even tell its there! I feel very safe having it!
The gauntlet cuff is easily large enough to tuck the sleeve of my jacket in no problem!
For leather gloves they do breathe quite well! Your hands aren't going to get hot on the hot days but might be a little cold on days under 40 degrees! I would recommend winter gloves for those colder days.
Overall, extremely satisfied!!

I bought the The Street Demon graphic is red/black and BOY AM I HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE! I purchased a medium which is usually the helmet size I fit in. With all the padding it was pretty tight. I exchanged it for a large and it fits perfectly! So for anyone debating their size, my experience was I needed one size larger.
The padding is very thick, soft, and you can instantly tell how safe your head is! This is by far the most protective helmet I've ever owned! The internal sun visor is my favorite feature! No need to spend extra money on tinted visors! Not sure if it was an accident or not, but my helmet came with the dark smoke internal sun visor already installed.
Air flow is very good as well! Even with all the vents closed you still get a fair amount of air coming in under the chin but its not bad at all! Riding in sub freezing temperatures I would recommend a scarf or something though to block that air from coming in.
The anti fogging coating on the visor works PERFECTLY! I haven't seen even a hint of fog on my visor at all!
All in all, 10/10! If it fits your head shape, this is the helmet for you! Definitely worth the money to protect your head!!

This jacket is perfect for what I was looking for! Has plenty of pockets and the mesh material makes hot riding days very enjoyable without sacrificing protection! Speaking of protection, that's the only minor downfall. The chest and back insert are pretty much just foam, but you can buy their bio armor inserts and eliminate that problem (highly recommended!). All in all, great jacket! I don't regret spending the extra money for it at all!!
