This helmet is very snug. Fairly difficult to put on as the base is shaped to the head more than other helmets I've worn. Specifically, my other helmet is a Scorpion Transformer. I went to the LaZer when I Changed from a Honda Fury to a BMW K1300s and wants something that matches the blak & white color scheme.
The helmet is very, very narrow at the base and can give you ear burn when putting it on. What I've found is that, if you treat it like a football helmet - pull apart via the chinstrap as you put it on - it does get much easier. Also, I can feel it breaking in and forming to my head, though I've only worn it a few times. I expect this will get easier over time as it breaks in.
My Scorpion helmet is rated very quiet by magazines, but I find the LaZer much quiter. But remove the ear pads if you're wearing headphones or they'll get pushed painfully into your ears while riding. I fully plan to get the Bluetooth system ASAP as I dearly miss my Cardo G4.
The transition face shield is absolutely AWESOME!!! Darkens quickly, looks amazing, and works better than my eyeglasses. Looking forward to that breaking in and getting darker with time.
The only nit I'd pick, is that the more formed head shape can cause some wind deflection when you're looking over your shoulder while riding at speed. Easy to get used to, but a bit of a surprise early on.
Quality of the paint job is excellent. Airflow in the helmet is excellent. Great product, which I could afford the carbon version.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I'm 6'4" 285lbs with a 54" chest, and a power lifter. I tried Coretch first, then Alpinstars. Neither had anything that fit me, at least not in the color scheme I wanted that will work with my bike.
As a last ditch, I tried this jacket, and it's perfect.
Extremely comfortable, I've worn this jacket in 90 degree NJ weather already. Once at speed, completely zipped up & back vents open, this is much more comfortable than my lit grey Scorpion leather. Cut is tight in the arms for guys with any real musculature, but the stretch inserts on the inside of the arms are very elastic and extremely breathable.
At low speed you want to keep the front zipper down past, say the sternum or lower, wherein lies the only real issue I have with this jacket: the zipper teeth are too small to be manipulated while riding. They bind too much to zip up once you're over like 20mph.
My old Scorpion has much larger teeth, making it very easy to manipulate at highway speed if needs be.
That's the only nit for me to pick. Otherwise LOVE this thing!
Yes, I recommend this product.
