Slightly Small
Large
168lbs. 5'11", 32" waist. Ordered a size large.
I read reviews saying the legs fit tight, which is true so I thought I would buy a Large. The waist on the Large is loose on me, while the legs are tight-ish (with both layers in). It is slightly harder to flat foot my bike with these pants on which I can do easily with jeans on. These pants are good for touring if you don't have to bend your legs too much to use the foot pegs. With all layers in I wouldn't be able to wear pants/shorts. With no layers in I can fit a pair of shorts comfortably. The thermal layer doesn't run the full length of the legs so with my low cut boots my ankles do get some exposure to the wind. "In regards to the inseam length, it is the same between the Medium and Large (about a 32)." I don't know if the legs fit the same between M and L but if they do then I would recommend someone with 32" waist get the Medium. I am use to wearing jeans when I ride so it will take some time for me to get use to wearing riding pants. But I think they will be good.
I don't have warm weather experience but they easily keep me warm in cold with all layers in down to 40F (except around my ankles like I mentioned above). I bet I can wear them when it gets to 30F but that is yet to be tested.

Pros: Fits well with multiply locations to adjust, a couple places to adjust on both arms, and on both sides of the waist. I'm 5'10" 168lbs and a Medium fits me nicely. CE approved armor in the right spots. Removable liner which will probably keep you dry with light rain for a short ish time period. (I haven't been in the rain yet with the jacket). Looks good and has some pockets. Overall I am really happy with the jacket.
Cons: Zippers could be better quality but for $100 it's good quality. I'll probably upgrade the back protector, it's just some foam. I didn't buy a $100 jacket thinking I would get the best protection but that being said it still has armor and padding in all the usual spots
