I think that these boots are a great value. My main purpose was protection and water proof and that they do very well. However, they do not flow air very well which is not surprising at this price point. It fit my feet exactly as described - I am glad that that FirstGear has not gone the narrow feet route typrical of most Euro brands.
My only complaint is that shift pad wears visibly and quickly. I sent my first pair after 2 weeks because the outer layer on the shift pad had worn off. FirstGear to their credit replaced them immediately. The second pair is much better. It still wears but at a reasonable rate.
I will buy these again.

I got this helmet to replace another modular that broke. It is full featured. Anti-fogging is pretty good and the 1st click to vent is small which is nice. I do wish pinlock was available for it. The helmet is a little small and narrow. I normally wear a L but needed XL. The magnetic clip fell out in the 1st month but bell sent me a replacement no questions asked that I heat shrunk own with a blow dryer. Sun glasses are lighter than others, but replacements are cheap. The lid forcibly stops before completely open requiring a lot of force (normal on the EVOs) - I don't mind but some do. Works great with ppl that wear glasses. Chin vent is a REAL chin vent that you can feel! Chin guard is a plus. Very pleased with quality and features.
Yes, I recommend this product.

This appeared to be a full featured helmet and it is. Quite a bargain. It is a little narrow so it was tight on my cheeks. Also fogged up quickly while not moving. I actually would have been happy except for the fact that after about 3 months the lock mechanism completely broke - locked shut! Ouch to get it off! Impossible to put back on. Looking at it, it appears that the part is held by a tiny screw (like eyeglass small screw size) that stripped itself out. I was not impressed - pretty important part! Too bad, I liked the helmet overall. Luckily, my local dealer wasn't impressed and gave me full credit towards another (brand) helmet.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I chose this helmet mainly because it was one of the few non-high end that fit my round head. Seriously, I tried many in this price range that were painfully tight when fully closed. I have been riding with it for about a year now.
The helmet has a lot of features and well built (construction and overall fit and finish) for the $. Compare the stitching, padding, shape, weight to others. The chin wind guard and removable liner are nice features.
I have never removed the visor but have had no problems.
The bad? It fogs up. I know venting is questionable in this price range but, at stop lights it fogs up if closed. I am in the rainy PNW and I have to vent it or leave it slightly open. Luckily you can adjust it to just about any level.
Yes, I recommend this product.
