I live in Tampa, FL and chose these pants after watching/reading numerous reviews on these and other pants. I settled on the Venture Air because I wanted something to cope with the heat and humidity here, as well as offer rain protection. With both liners out, these flow an impressive amount of air. Even standing still, you'll feel the slightest breeze. They fit true to size, so go larger if you plan to wear jeans under them. They're awesome pants that will work well under a variety of weather conditions, and I only have two gripes: (1) With either liner installed, you lose the functionality of the thigh-length side zipper, so no easy on/off with boots. (2) There's just simple foam padding in the hips. I will be replacing them with Forcefield armor for better peace of mind.
Yes, I recommend this product.
