I bought these gloves since I was looking for full gauntlet protection that I could use on both the street and track. I feel that these gloves offer great protection for the price. I'm a big fan of the slider material on the outside edge of the palms. You sacrifice a bit of air flow since these gloves have no perforation but that doesn't personally bother me. I've ridden in weather up to the mid eighties and been alright. It may be an issue if you ride in very hot weather. Note that these gloves run a bit small. I'm a medium in alpinestars gloves and although I bought a medium here, I think a small would have been better off.

I'm a firm believer of ATGATT. That being said, I feel comfortable riding with these CE certified riding jeans when around town. It's nice being able to wear what appear to be and for the most part feel like normal jeans while still having the peace of mind from their added protection.
The waist measurement seems to be true to size but the jeans are a bit baggy. It's not an issue if you tend to prefer loose fitting jeans. You could probably wear additional armor underneath if you wanted to.

I spent a lot of time looking at tank bags for my 09 Ninja 650r. I wanted as large a bag as possible that didn't interfere with my ability to steer or see the instrument cluster. I considered the firstgear monza but its phone compartment was too small and its long magnetic straps fit awkwardly on my tank.
This bag however fit perfectly as you can see in the attached pics. There's a zipper at the base that allows the bag to expand in height. When used, it can fit my Shoei Qwest helmet perfectly with some other small things along the sides. That should give you an idea of storage capacity. The clear top allows for a map which will come in handy on longer trips and the straps and zipper compartment under the lid are perfect for those smaller items you don't want moving around in the main compartment.
Yes, I recommend this product.

So you're getting a replacement faceshield, likely to get a tinted one. I searched around and the general consensus is that the dark smoke is not that dark and that the light smoke is a waste of time. I haven't seen the light smoke but I definitely agree that the dark smoke is perfect for daytime riding. Even in overcast and cloudy conditions you will have no problem seeing. You could get away with riding at night with it if the streets are well illuminated but come on, that's not a good idea.
