Just received the bag and the overall quality good. However; when I was looking at the product online I couldn't determine if it came with the tie-downs to secure it to my bike. Called customer service who informed me that yes the tie-downs were included, and of course they were. Problem is I failed to ask a few more questions as to what type of tie-downs. For whatever reason I thought they would be like the Triumph dry-bag tie-downs (male clips on lanyards that attach to and stay-on your bike allowing you to easily connect and disconnect from the female portion of the bag-clip leaving the clips). The Firstgear bag uses straps with plastic loops for each of the 4 tie-down points. Not quick and easy. Would have spent the extra money on the Triumph bag had I known.
