I had bought a pair of Speed and Strength kevlar jeans, and while they're better than regular jeans, they didn't leave me with the confidence I wanted.
Wearing these Forcefield Pros under them is the best of both worlds. I feel extremely well protected, and they fit great under the baggy jeans. They're not cheap, and I hope I never have to use them, but I'll be really glad I bought them if I need them. They remind me of my football pants in high school. Totally form-fitting and great pads in all the right spots.
I'm 5'10" with about a 30-31" inseam, about 195 lbs., and these fit me like they were tailor made. The stirrups are a great touch as well, to make sure they don't ride up (or slide up, got forbid).
Again, they're quite pricey, but they really inspire confidence and are comfortable to boot. And around town, I'd feel confident wearing off-the-rack jeans and still feel protected.
Best purchase I've made since upgrading the back armor in my jacket.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Fit
Small
True to Size
Large
It's nice to be able to order specific sizes (ie, 38x30), but I found them slightly small in the waist (closer to 36), and a bit long in the inseam (closer to 32). The kneepads are a nice feature, even though they weigh the pants down a bit, and don't seem situated squarely over the knee (closer to the tank, when sitting).
The result is that that the cuffs drag on the ground when I'm walking, and when I made the mistake of rolling them up a bit, they caught on my footpeg leaving an intersection, resulting in a tense few moments.
They're also extremely baggy. I don't know what they were thinking, or what boots they were trying to accomodate, but they're almost hoodrat-baggy. The plus side of this is that they fit well over the Forcefield Pro Pants I recently bought.
They're the only jeans I could find that specifies inseam size AND has built-in knee pads. They feel more protective than regular jeans, the price is right, and I'm going to keep them, but I can't really give them an unqualified recommendation.
