Very soft to the feel and very comfortable, beat my track day gloves in protection, feel and comfort. Because of these gloves I am going to get Dainese full gantlet gloves now :)
Only complaint is that its not wrist tight but honestly you get used to it very quickly and end up liking the extra room.

I have waited over a year to get this helmet since it didn't come here to the states as fast as it did in Europe. I have gone trough a hand full of "good" helmets like Icon, KBC, HJC and even had two track day wrecks with the Icon and in my opinion the are a great helmet :) But this SR1 is by far the best helmet I have ever had and I wanted to wait and write this review so I can really get to know the helmet. I have put plenty of road miles on it so far and Two track days, the first thing you will notice is that this thing has AIR FLOW (at one of the track days the morning was a little cold so I had to close the vents because of all the air flow). Second thing I noticed is the VIEW you can actually use your peripherals and see above and below you with out moving your head. It is a very light helmet and your neck doesn't hurt at the end of the track day, I have also noticed that this helmet actually looks like a professional racing helmet compared to all the AGV, ARAI, SHOEI ect. That I see on track days. As far as fit Anthony is right if your measurements fall between the sizes go with the bigger size and if you fall in the size get that because this is also the best fitting helmet I have ever had and are actually true to their size charts. GET THE SCHUBERTH SR1 you will not be disappointed!
Yes, I recommend this product.
