I bought the black delrin version. They look nice, and will likely provide a little additional protection if I ever drop the bike.

Pit Bull SS (Standard/Spooled) Rear Stand The Pit Bull SS Rear Stand can be used as a Standard or a Spooled Rear Stand by flipping the top supports over. It is width adjustable to fit virtually all sport bikes. Same as Spooled, Standard, GP, and Ducati 749/999 Rear Stands except for interchangeable top supports. Sold complete with top supports. Available in three handle types Non-Removable, Removable, and Extended Removable. Removable Handle Stands allow you to use up less storage space and create less of a trip hazard in front (or rear) of your motorcycle. Both removable handle and non-removable handle measures 12 inches. Extended handle measures 15 inches. Note Stand does not work on 2008 and up Hayabusa or ZX14R unless the stock fender is removed. Use a Pit Bull Rear Stand ZRX/Hayabusa/ZX14R with a removable handle for the late model Busa or ZX14R with stock fender. Note Spools sold separately.

This isn't cheap, but it's really well built. It comes with a tag that reads, "This stand will outlast your bike.". I wouldn't doubt that for a second.

Yoshimura Chassis Protector Kit Kawasaki Ninja 300 Yoshimura Chassis Protectors help minimize damage from sliding type falls, can save you hundreds of dollars in repairs, and maybe keep you from getting a DNF on race day. The plastic construction is soft enough to slow slides and wear down slowly... yet tough enough to keep the track away from your bike in most cases. These Chassis Protectors are specifically engineered for the Ninja 300. Brackets are bolted to key structural areas behind the fairing, tieing into the upper and lower engine mounts. These provided stout mounting positions for the chassis protectors through the fairings. Features Sold as a Pair Welded, powder-coated mounting brackets Laser-etched Yoshimura logo on Inner Sleeve Includes necessary hardware and detailed installation instructions Fairing cutting/trimming templates are included Works Edition features a hard-anodized base with superior colorfast qualities and is highly resistant to Ultraviolet rays and heat

I think they look better than the stock sliders, and should probably function almost as well.
The install is a bit of a pain, because of the design of the Ninja 300's fairings. You need to remove 9 fairing pieces, and you need to drill a hole in the main side fairings.

These sliders are quite easy to install, due to the fairing design on the CBR250.
They look pretty cool, and don't require any drilling.
The machining tolerances on this product are really good; the c-shaped parts that slide onto the frame are snug enough to stay in place after pushing them onto the frame. But they aren't too tight; they won't scratch the paint off the frame.

I like the look of SIDI's boots better, but when I tried them on, they were just not as comfortable as the Alpinestars (which was probably just due to my foot shape). The Alpinestars boots seem to be a little softer and more cushioned than SIDIs.
TIP: Use the Revzilla size chart, not Alpinestars chart. I wear a 10.5 US, and the Size 44 fit me perfectly.
The internal lacing improves the fit, and makes sure my heel doesn't lift.

When you consider the features of this helmet (internal sunshield, pinlock-ready visor, included pinlock lens) it's actually a pretty good deal. An RF-1100 + smoked visor + pinlock visor + pinlock lens, will cost more than the GT-Air, if you need all those features.
The internal sunshield and vents are really easy to operate with gloves on. The viewport is really wide/tall; I don't feel like my peripheral is restricted at all with this helmet.
This helmet fits the same as an RF-1100, but has a smaller bottom opening (presumably to reduce noise), so it's a bit more of a squeeze to get on and off. Once you've got it on, it feels the same as an RF-1100. I wear a size L in the RF-1100, and I fit a size L in the GT-Air.
The only possible downside (besides being beyond some people's budgets) is that it is only DOT and NOT SNELL rated. I'm sure this helmet is just as safe as any other high-end Shoei (or I wouldn't have bought it!), but the lack of SNELL rating may be an issue for riders wanting to wear it on the track.
