REVIT Sand 2 Jacket Those looking for a jacket to wear on an around-the-world trip need look no further than the REVIT Sand 2. The already popular Sand jacket has been improved with a bevy of innovative new features. The jacket features adjustable VCS zippers that increase ventilation by 200 percent over the originalplus, it has a wind-catcher feature integrated into the zipper for even greater airflow. The jacket is compatible with both Leatt and MOVEO neck brace systems, the latter of which conveniently stays attached when taking the jacket on and off. The Sand 2 also comes with a connection zipper. This makes it easy to connect the jacket with compatible REVIT! trousers and eliminates any gap that would allow water to creep in. With the inner membrane removed, the outer shell can be upgraded with a Challenger cooling vest insert. The Sand 2 comes with CE shoulder and elbow protection and integrated reflective panels for nighttime visibility. PROTECTION FEATURES Outer shell PWRshell 500D, polyester rib, polyester 600D, PWRwax 1200D, Lorica Insulation detachable thermal liner Waterproofing detachable hydratex 3L (5000mm H2O) Breathability detachable hydratex 3L (7000g/m2/24hrs) Composition Outer shell 52 polyester, 48 polyamide (colour 1500 64 Polyamide, 36 Polyester) Lining 67 polyester, 33 polyamide Thermal liner 99 polyamide, 1 polyester (insulation 100 polyester) Membrane 100 polyurethane (tricot 100 polyamide) Protection Prolife CE protection at shoulders and elbows, fully perforated EVA foam at back, prepared for Seesoft CE-level 2 back protector insert - type RV Visibility laminated reflection at chest, upper arms and back, laminated reflective logo at back, reflective logo at upper arms ERGONOMIC FEATURES Fit tour fit, regular Adjustability UTA tab at cuffs, flexisnap, double adjustment straps at waist, adjustment strap at under arm, adjustment tab at upper arm, adjustment drawcord at hips Ventilation VCS I zippers at front, chest, back and under arms Features prepared for Challenger Cooling vest insert, prepared for Leatt and Moveo neck brace, prepared for Vest Connector HV, hydra bag prepared, long and double short connection zipper Pockets stash pockets, membrane storage pocket, hand warmer pockets, inner pockets

I was looking for a jacket that I could use all year round and found it in the Sand 2. I did a bunch of research before choosing the Sand 2 and was nervous that it was as good as it looked in 'print'. This jacket is a thing of beauty and well built. The attention to detail is impressive.
My one major worry was on airflow with this jacket in the warmer months but with all the liners out and vents all opened up it allows ample air throughout the shell.
I usually wear a medium in jackets and the large fit me spot on. Be sure to check your measurements against the sizing recommendations. Revzilla's sizing tips are on the money (as always).

I was looking for pants that would work in the cold, rain and warm weather as well as protect me and the REVIT Sand 2 Pants fit the bill. Having the options with the liners is fantastic and the leg vents should work very well in the warm months. (Still in the 40's here so I haven't had a chance to try those out just yet.) Great look and fit. The perfect compliment to my Sand 2 jacket! I had to get the long size to fit me and Revzilla helped with the exchange as always.

Arai Signet-Q Flash Helmet The Signet-Q takes all the favorite features of the RX-Q and create a whole new series based on all the successes. On the outside, the Arai Signet-Q Helmet looks very similar to it's namesake, the RX-Q, but on the inside you can see and feel the difference. A longer shell shape on the Arai Signet-Q Helmet gives 5mm more space front to back allowing for a larger number of heads to fit comfortably. The shape of the Arai Signet-Q Helmet releases forehead pressures and eliminate hot spots for a more comfortable fit every time. This shape works best for riders with a long oval headshape. Additional Features of the Arai Signet-Q Helmet Both the top vent set and side exhaust cowls are direct carryovers from the RX-Q Brow vent ducting redirects to flow air across the temples DDL-4 exhaust vent to the 10mm wider eye port (5mm on each side) Long Oval Fit SAI MAX-Vision Brow Vent shield Clear Pin Lock Max-Vision Brow Vent face shield Included with the helmet Elongated shell adds 5mm from front to back Long-Oval shape helps prevent Hot-Spot Multi-Density Single piece EPS liner Removable, replaceable, washable interior Dry-Cool Surface material for rapid displacement of heat and moisture away from your head and into the ventilation airflow for added comfort while riding and a quick dry between rides 5mm peel-away temple pads adds another level of customization, giving the helmet interior a little extra width when needed Enhanced for customizable micro fitment interior without the need to purchase extra interior components New FCS (Facial Contour Support) cheek pad design Innovative and exclusive spring support adds just the right amount of pressure when needed while being worn Meets or exceeds Snell and D.O.T. standards

My new Signet replaces my beloved Profile that was retired after 5+ years of service. I was very nervous about finding a replacement helmet when Arai dropped the Profile. The folks at Revzilla were very helpful and assured me that my oval noggin would fit in the new Signet. I couldn't be more happy with it. The graphics are awesome as usual and the fit was spot on once I removed the peel away foam from the top padding. (Great addition for fine tuning the fit). I would highly recommend this helmet and it is definitely worth the money.
