Bell Vortex Flack Helmet The Bell Vortex is every bit the helmet youd expect of the Stars little brother. Developed in Bells state-of-the-art Santa Cruz, Calif. design center, the Vortex borrows heavily from the Star, using its Velocity Flow Ventilation with FlowAdjust for amazing ventilation and temperature control, as well as ClickRelease the reigning world champ in shield ease-of-use. The helmet is a great entry level track helmet, it has nice quality, the helmet pads are comfortable, has lots of vents form good air flow. The only downfall is that it is slightly noisy but it doesn't bother me. Also, the defogging on the helmet is very good.
