Bell Vortex Flying Tiger Helmet The Flying Tiger pays homage to the 1st American Volunteer Group, a fighter group protecting China during World War II. Sporting elements of the Tigers' shark-faced fighter planes and the distinctive Flying Tiger insignia created by Disney, this helmet is a slice of history. Part of the Bell Vortex Helmet series the Flying Tiger posses a lot of features and functions you don't normally see in a helmet at this price point. The Vortex borrows heavily from its big brother, the Star, giving you a complete package at a killer price. Fits way too small, way too narrow. Great quality.

I've been living with an Arai RX-7 Corsair over the years and when I decided to get a new M2010 helmet, this beautifully painted helmet caught my eye. I have a pretty big noggin so normally I wear a 2XL in my Arai RX-7 very comfortably. However, I simply do not fit in this Bell Vortex. I've even tried taking the cheek pads and the headlines out, and I still can't get my head in all the way. The shell and shape of this helmet is just too narrow for my roundish head, so buyers beware. Bell Vortex's 2XL isn't Arai's 2XL.
No, I do not recommend this product.
