I've always had a Shoei head, and this helmet fits perfectly to size, so I'm very happy with that. The helmet is very, very quiet, and stable at speed. The flip down sun screen is useful, although it takes some getting used to. It's nice I can look under the sun screen through the clear part of the visor at the GPS. Highly recommended.

Received the back protector today, and it does fit properly in the Marathon H2OUT jacket. A bit fiddly to put in, but looks like it'll sit well and stay in place. Thanks.
