Schuberth C3 Pro Intensity Helmet The new Schuberth C3 Pro has been redesigned to improve on the original C3, which was already one of the quietest and most technologically advanced helmets ever produced. The rear spoiler, which has been further optimized in extensive wind tunnel testing, turns the C3 Pro into a real sport helmet which also demonstrates outstanding aerodynamic properties at high speeds in excess of 100 mph. With its enhanced aeroacoustics of 82 dB(A) at 100 km/h the C3 Pro is one of the quietest helmets in the world. The C3 Pro also incorporates two integrated antennas for increased ranges and better FM radio reception prepared for the fully integrated communication unit SRC-System. The inner lining, made of carefully selected materials such as COOLMAX, Interpower and Thermocool, has been extensively re-shaped and redesigned and sets new benchmarks with respect to comfort. New or Updated Features Redesigned shell is more aerodynamic and provided more downforce at higher speeds with little buffeting Interior helmet sound levels have been reduced to 82 dB(A) at 60 mph C3 84 dB(A) Interior liner has been completely redesigned with fewer seams and a more universal, interior fit Improved EPS with integrated antenna for SRC-System which improves radio and Bluetooth range New micro-lock ratchet chin strap Larger reflective panels on neckroll Improved faceshield ratcheting Integrated sun visor has a new look and improved quality Acoustics A quiet helmet means active safety for the motorcyclist. This permits the rider to concentrate on riding particularly at higher speeds. Many hours in the Schuberth acoustics wind tunnel have ensured that the C3 Pro is quiet. The comprehensive acoustics package with optimized helmet shell, wind deflector and ergonomic shape of the neck padding make the C3 Pro at 82 dBA one of the quietest helmets of all. Acoustics package makes helmet quiet Installation of a wind deflector enables the aeroacoustics and consequently the noise level to be improved still further. Only 82dB(A) at 100 km per hour (with naked bikes) Outer Shell The outer shell of the Schuberth C3 Pro is offered in two helmet shell sizes and combines an aerodynamically optimal shape with excellent protection. It is manufactured using Schuberth's typical compression molding process and thus permits great stability and a low weight. Shell material S.T.R.O.N.G. fiber Helmet shell technology from SCHUBERTH permits low weight Glass fiber with a special resin added is compressed in a vacuum at high pressure to form a helmet shell which is exceptionally sturdy Perfected aerodynamics for higher speeds Upward lift 0! Directionally stable No oscillatory tendency No buffeting Spoiler integrated into the helmet shell SRC-System Ready The C3 Pro is by default equipped to accommodate the SCHUBERTH SRC-System C3 Pro (sold separately). To guarantee ideal radio reception for you, the C3 Pro is already equipped with two integrated antennas to boost reception and a Bluetooth connection. Optimum reception at all times Bluetooth antenna for wireless mobile, GPS and intercom connections to other SRC-System owners FM and Bluetooth antennas integrated into the helmet for optimum reception EPS The helmet shell of special EPS foam is modular in design to ensure optimal shock absorption. This complex segmentation guarantees enhanced force absorption and distribution and maximum safety. Made of specially optimized EPS foam Complex multizone foaming allows optimal shock absorption Inner Lining A special inner lining of the C3 Pro which was developed according to the innovative Comfort Fit concept ensures that the helmet fits comfortably and securely in all situations. The combination of carefully selected COOLMAX and Thermocool materials and the additional use of Interpower coatings also make the inner lining a highly-effective moisture removal and cooling system. COOLMAX pad system, completely removable and washable (hand wash, 30C) Optimized fit Variable for effective ventilation Adjustable for summer/winter Allergen-free Antibacterial Removable comfort cheek pads and head band pads Ventilation The C3 Pro is equipped with a further development of the proven C3 ventilation system. Thanks to the new design of the ventilation elements, the supply of fresh air is increased by up to 60. The combination of multipath channels in the EPS foam shell and the head/chin/mouth ventilation ensure that fresh air is distributed effectively over the entire head area. A.R.O.S. and Neck Strap The Anti-Roll-Off System (A.R.O.S.) especially developed by SCHUBERTH is provided as a safety feature in every SCHUBERTH motorcycle helmet. It ensures that the chinstrap is closed and correctly adjusted The helmet cannot pivot off the head from behind The risk of contact between the chin section of the helmet and the chin or throat of the rider is minimized due to the small angle of tilt The consequences of the helmet coming into contact with the chest as the result of an accident are reduced Precise setting of the chinstrap length through adjustment on both sides Micro-lock ratchet lock Faceshield The EasyChange visor mechanism makes changing visors extremely quick and simple without use of tools. City position offers maximum ventilation while traveling at slower speeds Pinlock visor prevents shield from fogging DOT and ECE certified.

Was completely happy with the C3 helmet, however with having the ability to utilize full duplex on the SRC-S designed for use on the C3 Pro helmet it was necessary to upgrade.
Very pleased with the subtle changes that have been made. weight, fit and comfort are even better than the C3, especially at the chin strap and the forehead. Air flow was a noticeable improvement.
Not sure if its because its a new helmet or not, but the release button to flip open is a bit more rigid than the C3 and I like it. Adds to the peace of mind that it would have to be directly pushed for helmet to open. But after using the C3 Pro I realize the difference between the two the C3 is almost to easy.
Did not experience any difficulty whatsoever connecting the SRC-S system. quick and easy. Good solid fit.
Ran through moderate rain for several hours yesterday at highway speeds and no leaks or foggy visor.
Rode for about 1.5 hours at 28 degrees over the mountains WV and no fogging issues to report, nice and warm to.
The boom mic fits better inside , can't quite put my finger on it, not sure exactly how they did it, maybe its just a tad longer or maybe positioned slightly different. But it does not rub against my chin like the boom mic did with the C3.
Don't get me wrong the C3 is a great helmet. But the C3 Pro is just better.
C3 Pro is fine tuned. It's all about the details.
Well done Schuberth. One totally satisfied customer.

Can put these pants on with my boots on!
Wearing these pants with boots, standing up looking down at my feet (wear size 11 boot) all i see is my toes.
These pants could be worn over a pair of Carhart bib overalls ( in the legs)
Enormously baggy. Maybe since I'm 42 yrs old i like a more form fitting pant.
Would not trust any of the pockets for valuables while riding.

Thought since everything else they make is so amazing certainly they could do a simple running shoe.
No matter how tight i tie the shoe my heel will lift out/slip which pulls off my sock.
Best worn with no socks!

Bought this boot for a good waterproof boot for long multi-day trips.
The stitching on the tags inside at the top will drive you crazy and rub your skin raw if you do much walking unless you wear really long socks or stuff pant leg inside the boot. But if your just riding you really don't notice it, at least I didn't.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I rated fit as small because I usually where an XL jacket. But i ordered a XXXL and it fit like a glove except for arm length. The sleeves are just a tad long, but totally well within tolerance.
Have only used it a few times. I bought it as a winter/spring transition jacket . Everyone's cold tolerance is different, but for 30 degree day this jacket is does me just fine.
Great wind protection at the neck.
Sleeves are snug and not bulky so glove gauntlet fits nicely over top the cuff.
The huge pockets on the front are great too.
Good value for money spent.

Very pleased with Garmin model GPS units have used for many years. After reading many reviews and watching YT videos. None of them mentioned a couple key things about the Zumo/RAM mount/cradle.
1. since the buttons are enlarged for easy use while wearing gloves, finding an address on this unit can be a royal pain, since the alphabet is split half way. you only see "A thru L" keys and you have to hit "M thru W" to see those keys on the display. I guess id rather have ease of using with gloves than see the entire key board, but it was a surprise.
2. The RAM mount, since I had never used one before i had no idea how it would actually be in application and the affects it would have on my tank bag. I do long trips "sport touring" on a Kawasaki C14 which is a decent size bike. never thought the GPS on the RAM mount would interfere with it. But it does. I use the Firstgear Laguna GPS tank bag which is a pretty large bag. The GPS on the RAM mount hits the tank bag not allowing full swing in the handle bars. So now i have to use my small tank bag if the GPS is in use.
3. The cradle for the moto is HARD wired!!! what the heck! For whatever reason i completely missed that one on all the videos and reviews i read on the Zumo 660LM ..... My bike the C14 has stock power outlet which i intended to use. Not even an option with the Zumo 660LM moto cradle. That cost me a couple extra hundred dollars to have it hard wired to the bike. since i already have other electrics i then had to spring more money on a terminal block to accommodate the Zumo wiring.
With that said, having the ability to use BaseCamp software is fantastic and look forward to sharing routes with friends and uploading trips they have done.
Yes, I recommend this product.
