I can't answer any comparison between the Jiano EVO TC and the Shoei Multitec, but I met the Schuberth rep at my local BMW dealer and I got to test ride the Schuberth C-3. I thought the C-3 was VERY comfortable and the quality/craftsmanship is evident it the fit and finish. But I thought the C-3 was very noisy and I got a lot of buffeting at freeway speeds. I bought the Jiano EVO TC based on price and positive reviews and I'm not disappointed. I think the quality is on par with the C-3 for half the price. In my opinion, the EVO TC was much quieter than the C-3, but the C-3 has a wider field of vision. I have a mid oval head shape and both the EVO TC and the C-3 fit great and felt comfortable.
I also have my old Scala Q2 attached to my new EVO TC and it works fine but is a little difficult to get clamped between the padding and the shell. The 2 issues I have is that you have to attach it a little further to the rear of the helmet to clear the shaded flip down visor lever and also there is no way to route the boom mic under/behind the cheekpad.
