I bought this jacket for sub 40 degree weather. Here in Vegas it does get cold, sometimes in the early morning and after the sun goes down it can sit around 26-38 degrees. This has great wind protection, and is very warm, if it gets above 45 degrees and you are not moving you will start to sweat. Once you enter a building that is heated you have to take it off, even unzipping it doesn't help. Didn't ride with it without the liners so I have not review for that. The one complaint I have is that I would get some wind up from the waist which would give a slight chill, I would still wear a base layer for extreme cold or wind.
I'm 6'5" 210lbs the Large Tall size fits true. Due to my size I called customer service for recommendations, they recommended this Kenya jacket, I'm glad I called and took their advice. I also got the Firtsgear HT overpants Liked those too.

Incredibly comfortable to wear while riding. Honestly, not as comfortable in the inner elbow area when not on the bike. Feels great, protects from wind, & fits wonderfully. Lots of pockets. Once you're off the bike, take off the jacket! :)

Had some perferrated leather short gloves, which were nice but got sweaty pretty fast. These have great air flow. Have been wearing them for about a month in some hot weather. Nice glove good protection too.

Icon Hooligan Riding Jersey Not all athletes play in shining arenas. Not all pros enjoy the adoring gaze of the slack-jawed masses. Some of the best combatants can be found running the creosote-stained hardwoods of the urban court. For this arena, the uniform is the Hooligan Street Jersey. The relaxed fit, Fighter Mesh chassis, Field Armor impact protectors, and zip-off sleeves combine to create a willing partner for your headstrong drive into the paint. The streets play rough the Hooligan Street Jersey plays rougher. I waited till it hit the 100's before i reviewed this Icon Jersey. I've been wearing this for about a month now. Took it on a 100 mile ride the other day, in the high 90's, accross the desert. Airflow was great stayed nice and cool the whole ride. But thats not why I purchased this. I bought this to stay cool while sitting in traffic, thats when I get hot. Here in Vegas a 2 minute light can cook you, so I needed something with standard protection and breathability. This is it. It has been great so far. Has decent pockets and a place for my Ipod, thats all I need. Thanx Icon.

Shoei Neotec Modular Helmet Evolving on previous designs, Shoei has revamped its modular helmet style with a streamlined and attractively sculpted shape that conveys the feel of freely moving through the outdoors in the Neotec Modular Helmet. Overall shell size is kept compact by incorporating the internal sun visors open/close mechanism inside all ventilation mechanisms are shaped and positioned in such a way as to reduce any possible drag. A redesigned aerodynamic spoiler also helps to cut lift, reducing neck strain on long, cross country rides. In the Shoei Neotec all these features combine to create a premium helmet that excels in appearance, protection, comfort and performance. The Shoei Neotec Helmet's chin bar is connected to the same axis point and mechanism as its shield, minimizing extra parts. This also enables simultaneous closing of the shield with the chin bar, which is then held in place with an easy-open lock release button. The shield lock system offers secure closure or the ability to keep the shield slightly open to allow for increased airflow. With the Shoei Neotec Helmet, Shoei now includes a built-in sun shield, the QSV-1. The visor tucks neatly away beneath a non-intrusive shell built into the helmets liner, and can be lowered with the easy control of a sliding button. Shoei Neotec Helmet Features Face Shield Features Easily operable lever mechanism Anti-fog, anti-scratch, 99 UV blocking New Pinlock-ready CNS-1 faceshield Wider and taller than the CX-1V that it replaces Includes Pinlock insert 3D injection molding process ensures a distortion-free view Improved Ventilation and Aerodynamics Newly designed vortex generators pull air through helmet 276 more airflow than Multitec Added inlets and outlets Vents are flush against helmet to maintain aerodynamics 5-Ply Shock-Absorbing Fiber Shell 3 shell sizes AIM Multi-Composite construction Lightweight yet strong Shell-integrated spoiler reduces lift and drag during high-speed riding Dual EPS Liner Multi-density EPS for optimal protection Two vents funnel fresh air through the EPS liner Dual liner channels route and disperse air evenly throughout the helmet EPS liner in chin bar All new interior Fully removable 3D interior liner Top center pad is removable and washable Improved cheekpad design allows better fit with eyeglasses Included chin curtain can be inserted into the chin bar to reduce turbulence and noise All Neotec Helmets sold in the US have a double D-ring closure Note Due to manufacturer restrictions, Shoei products can only be shipped to addresses within the United States

Everything about this helmet is great! No Buffeting, great vision, a little noisier than I was expecting but not bad. The only thing I have to complain about is that I wish it had a face shield lift tab on the right also, so you could use your throttle hand to lift the face shield, while holding the clutch. Other than that, well done Shoei!

Quick easy storage of your keys, phone, wallet, wheel lock, reflective vest. Thats what I put in it. Then my gloves and sunglasses when not ridding. It dosen't lock to your bike or a zipper lock. So trust the area you leave it, or take it with you, which is easy!
