The new Sub glove chassis enjoys several benefits previously found only on gloves at a much higher price. Built around a proven Battlehide goatskin palm and finger gussets foundation, the Sub is more than ready for asphalt chaos. A lightweight textile backhand with a high-mobility thumb, not only creates a prime canvas for Icon's finest art, but provides excellent dexterity and abrasion resistance. Completing the protection package is the plastic knuckle armor group fortified to help disperse the shock of the incoming tarmac barrage. The Sub glove - designed to do your dirty work so your skin doesn't have too. Abrasion resistant premium grade Battlehide goatskin plam Injected plastic knuckle armor Short cuff design with secure wrist closure Pre-curved palm and finger design Imported

Very comfortable and true to size. A little on the thin side but not bad for the price.

If you only care about comfort or looking cool then buy this glove. If you only care about price and don't care about protection then buy this glove. If you don't care about having shredded knuckles and having to pick tiny pieces of rock out of your palms if you go down at slow speeds then buy these gloves. Like I said in the title, they are better than nothing but will provide very little protection. I loved my old Icon Tarmac v2 gloves but the quality of Icon's newer gloves has gone way downhill. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra $10-20 and buy some better quality gloves.

Jiano, an ancient god that had roots in a number of different cultures, was used to symbolize change and transitions such as the progression of future to past, of one condition to another, of one vision to another, and of one universe to another. The perfect symbol of the new Vemar Jiano flip up street helmet! Features The Jiano features a mid oval shell shape which offers a more generous fit front to back and more snug fit ear to ear. A very comfortable fitting helmet for riders who like to ride for long distances. The internal liner fits the rider without any kind of pressure points. The exterior shell is constructed of ultra light thermoplastic material. Aerodynamically shaped for ease of cutting through the air with less buffeting and wind noise, thus lessening the stress on the riders neck muscles after a long ride. Two sizes of outer shells cover the 7 helmet sizes for the ultimate in a light weight yet proportional fit. The Jianos face cover lock mechanism exceeds expectations for safety and convenience. The face cover lock utilizes metal pins and hooks, making it extremely resistant to opening in the event of an accident. At the same time, the recessed actuation button is easy to use even with one gloved hand. Anti-fog, non-scratch 2.2mm thick outer quick release clear shield A sleek dark tint interior shield can be moved into position at the riders discretion via an easy to access lever on the exterior left side of the helmet. Interior shield can be used even with the chin bar rotated upward. The Jiano features a double density high impact inner shell. Removable and washable ultra plush non-deformable high density expanded polyurethane inner liner. Inner liner is manufactured from a technical fiber that provides life-long treatment against odor, fungus and bacteria, and extraordinary wicking capabilities that result in enhanced rider comfort. Padded chin strap with a micro adjustable closure buckle for fantastic comfort, easy operation and maximum safety. Padded wind deflector and removable breath in the chin piece. A fine screen is in the chin vent for insect protection. A medium Jiano helmet weighs only 1810 grams or 3.9 pounds. Features the exclusive Vemar Klima adjustable full ventilation system. High quality, hand laid graphics under a thick layer of UV protective clear coating. Every Vemar helmet comes with a high quality helmet bag and a detailed user guide. Five (5) year warrantee from manufacturing date. Which equates to the full usable life of the helmet. DOT certified.

Overall this is a very good helmet that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a modular helmet. I shopped around extensively for modular helmets before buying and was quite happy with this specific purchase. This helmet is very well constructed with very good padding and firm support. The ratchet type chinstrap is very quick and convenient and allows you to secure the helmet quickly with gloves on without fumbling around with the D rings straps. Because of it's design it is very easy to put the helmet on while while wearing headphones and it is very easy to use with regular glasses or sunglasses. Taking the helmet off is a breeze by just grabbing the quick release tab and pulling the strap. Like most modular helmets it weighs a good bit more than a regular helmet but that is what you sacrifice for the convenience. I love being able to flip the helmet up for some quick air, a drink, or when I need to talk to someone. One of the most important things to me was finding a modular helmet with an adequate internal sunshade. This one is the best of all I saw because the sun visor drops down very low providing full coverage unlike others that only shade the top portion of your view leaving you with a bright zone under the shade. Having this built in shade means no more carrying around both clear and tinted visors. Overall I am very pleased with the helmet. The extra weight and added wind noise are just things you have to deal with when using a modular helmet.

Decent Jacket

This is a very good looking jacket with fairly decent armor. The jacket has lots of air vents and the inner liner can be removed for hotter weather. I rode with the liner in with cold weather last weekend (42 degrees) and I stayed very warm. This is my 3rd Fieldsheer jacket and this particular jacket runs very small so make sure to get at least 1 size larger than you normally wear.
Pros Great Value, Comfortable, Fashionable, Rugged
Cons Cramped
