I purchased the Dark Smoke and it looks really good on my red etched Icon Variant. It does well in the day blocking out the sunlight (so you're not squinting the whole time with a clear visor), except when the sun is low and right in your face. I've had better experiences with direct sunlight with the silver shields on other helmets, so I'll probably try the silver next.
The Dark Smoke is okay at night, but only well lit streets and traffic around to light up the area. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it for night time use. I commute to work, used to use the silver visor on my other helmet and switch it to the clear visor when I left work at night. But since changing the shields is such a pain in the butt with this helmet, I just leave the Dark Smoke on all the time.

I ordered a LARGE for my Ducati Hypermotard 796, fits perfect with my mirrors folded in (see pictures). Quality of the cover feels very good, doesn't feel cheap, not going to rip anytime soon. I like it. Even though I keep my bike garaged all the time, it helps keep dust/dirt/dog hair off my bike. Price is great too, if I was to buy the Ducati bike cover specific to my bike, it would be about four times more expensive.

It is pretty pricey, but worth it. I got the red one and it goes really well with my red Hypermotard (see attached picture). If you're the supermoto type, this is the helmet to get. I'm usually a large, so that's the size I went with, it did fit a bit tight, but it broke in fast.
It does have a lot of airflow, I've yet to fog it up, even when sitting at a red light here in SoCal. I guess I better wait till the summer. The material inside is very comfortable, doesn't seem to get soaked with sweat like my previous helmets. Also got a dark smoked face shield.
Overall a great helmet, love the style/design/color.
