I have had the factory top case rack for my NC700X installed. To use the TE1111 Givi, must I have the 1111 Kit?

I have soft luggage, I would like to be able to use with this bike and the GIVI TE1111 looks like it would fit the bill. Why do you have the rack but not the "kit" available?
