My new Held Air N Dry Gloves are the upgraded replacement for another brand I had to return due to seam failure. This is the second upgrade I've had to do and each time I returned the failed pair I upgraded. Thanks to Revzill's great return policy I was not stressed at all. My first impression when donning the gloves was they were pretty tight and I questioned whether I should keep them or return for a larger size. A quick call to a gear geek put my mind at ease. A trip to the mountains yesterday tested the gloves' features so I think I love them. Going up was sunny and just over 90. My hands never got hot. This seems counter-intuitive as there are 2 layers of leather and the Gore-tex membrane on the backs of my hands. I tried blowing in the knuckle vents and air went through as advertised; not so on the finger vents. That did not seem to effect the comfort. After stopping for gas I mistakenly put my right hand into the waterproof compartment. A few miles down the road I realized my mistake. My right hand began to sweat while my left stayed comfortable. A quick switch and my right hand was comfortable again. Returning home it was raining pretty hard so my hands went into the Gore-tex compartment. I was surprised how cushy the gloves felt, not tight at all, just comfortably snug. Riding home my hands stayed perfectly dry. So far the gloves have exceeded my expectations. Now to see how they hold up over time.

I took all the required measurements and the sizing chart indicated a large short. They were too short, exchanged them for large regular. My first long ride was cold, the pants performed well, kept me comfortable. When it warmed up, taking out the two liners I was still comfortable. On the downside riding thru a bad rain left me with a damp (not wet) butt. They fit well but the knee armor sits too low when standing. Seated they're OK tho the left pressed too hard on the knee. Pulling on the pants leg helped. They're not perfect but I'm glad I have them.
