Dunlop Bias-ply vs Metzeler Radial

My Wife's 2012 Victory Vegas currently has a Dunlop Bias-ply D417, 180-55B-18 on the rear and a Dunlop Bias-ply Elite-3, 90-90-21 on the front. I would like to swap them out to the Metzeler 880's. Metzeler makes a 180/55ZR-18 for the rear and a 90/90H-21 for the front. 1) Are the above Metzelers OK for fitment on her 2012 Victory Vegas? 2) Can you tell me if both of these Metzelers are Radials and if they would create any issues to her Bike such as going from a Bias-ply to a Radial tire? 3) How does the Bike handle when you go from Bias-ply to a Radial on a Bike? 4) I appreciate that you don't want to mix tire make-ups on a Bike (example, front = Bias-ply, rear = Radial)... but what happens if you go from both of them being Bias-ply... to both being Radials? Lots of questions... Thanks.
